Yea I can hear you grumbling and might wonder if I took my meds. / lol in one or more of our threads we talked about emails we get from Wlad and myself in particular along with others. Mine was about breaking links from ECF to the mother ship and how I know from decades of experience that this costs him sales. Guess what...
Wlad is driven by the customer experience FIRST and FOREMOST. It's number one on his list and I'm the first to admit with decades of marketing experience, some of which was BEFORE some of YOU were born, /lol I used to have trouble wrapping my head around that! NOT sales first.
It's the way he roles. I respect that and am fine with it. Doesn't mean that is the way I would run a ecommerce site but heck, that's just me.
EDIT: the lack of a warning for a given mix that he intends to "nuke" is unacceptable and I politely and respectfully told him so.

If a mix is selling well, and your customers are reupping on it over and over and over, I think it's safe to assume that they like it... regardless if they send in a special note each and every sale to say so.
For as much as we, the customers, the money, the lifeblood of the whole operation, are ALWAYS left in the dark of what really goes on in the mothership... what is or isn't policy, who can or can't get a special mix, who is or isn't being profiled, what is or isn't available as a sample and etc... You're going to discontinue one of your bestselling and most beloved juices.. for lack of FEEDBACK? Excuse me but, where's our ...... feedback? Can we get some kind of fyi or heads up before you go ahead and drop the axe? No apparently that's too much to ask.
Sorry but I'm pulling the BS card, for once even though there has been ample opportunity along the way. Ive overlooked soooo many inconsistencies, because at the the end of the day, Ahlusion is still my favorite. So rather then put a microscope on the flaws, I chose to focus on the positive.
But this is taking it too far. This is BOBA TEA. That's a big deal to me. And now I'm mad.

I played the feedback game for quite a while after finding Ahlusion. If i knew they base their offerings on feedback I would have continued. My fear with all my feedback was stating something wrong and ending up with profiled juice I didn't care for. I for one have bought 100's of ml of boba tea and maybe responded once on the purchase stating I think the juice is fantastic and please don't change a thing as far as I'm concerned. I didn't realize I needed to say the same thing over and over to keep it in the lineup. Hope they reconsider their decision on boba tea...it is a fantastic juice.

I just received my first order of Ahlusion juice. I am hearing that I need to take the tops off and let them steep for 48 hrs right?? I have been looking through threads trying to get to know the process a bit better, but I definitely want to get the steep going. Also, what are the express flavors? Pre steeped?
I like sweet flavors so I'm starting with...
Strawberry Vanilla Cake, Bananas Foster, and Car Mal Mabo, which btw seems to be gone from the list of available flavors. All are 18mg. I am old school and use my provari's with a phiniac tank, and/or Aspire Nautilus mini, which I also just started using.
Is there anymore must know information I need to get started with these juices? Also, the only tobacco flavor I use is Halo, tribecca. Which of Ahlusion tobacco flavors would you suggest I try?? Hope it's Devil dog because it has a bulldog on the label.

Well I'm done ordering for a while. Until the "dust settles" and whatnot. I'm all stocked up on my greatest hits list anyways, and frankly I haven't been a fan of ANY of the new ones I've tried. I really don't like the direction Ahlusion is headed with the new blends.
In the meantime it seems my juice funds will be spent exploring other vendors Boba Tea offerings... I speculate that they sold the recipe because to merely STOP MAKING it would be utterly STUPID. That's a five star juice. Somebody ought to be profiting from it.

- Is their another flavor with similar and or common components that you could tweak so it's Boba Tea?
- Would you entertain a large order of Boba Tea from myself and friends which would persuade you to bring back Boba Tea?

Yes. A truly customer centered approach wouldn't leave a bunch of us, who could be considered some of their most dedicated fans, ...... off. But as was mentioned earlier we are still a small part of the much bigger picture. I believe what is really going on is a push for more feedback. It has not escaped me that every single feedback I've sent back over the last few months has been answered at length by Alley. And mind you no mention of tweaking my profile. With the FDA potentially on the horizon the menu will need to be pruned heavily. Customer feedback is critical in tweaking them to the highest possible quality. There is no room for failures on a smaller more permanent menu. Clark's current plan at Nicoticket only involves 10 flavors because of the expense of regulation.
Just think about the profile system. It was the thing that set them apart from everyone, and what I would imagine was a significant investment. It was quietly taken behind the barn while no one was looking. I would imagine it's remains were molded into the current feedback system which all the sudden is the focus of everything.
It does start getting better after 3 or 4 weeks. But for me anyways, ALLVG no less, it was a very strong flavor even FOOB.
I know, it has it's own gravity that keeps pulling me in. It's been hard to avoid as I try to vape up some of the so-so stuff to make room for the AHL tobaccos. I feel so guilty every time I pitch, PIF, or trade something off that I bought too much of.
Please let me know if you find an alternate! It took me more than a year of vaping to find something I love like Boba Tea, which I have now been ordering for almost a year.
And I call BS on the lack of feedback from it. I give feedback for every order (except the last one, since I never got the email) and always, always gush about how much I love BT. I can't possibly be the only one doing that, can I? Or maybe gushing about how perfect something is isn't considered "usable feedback."

If I may, I don't question Wlads commitment to our experience. However, this little escapade has been less then a stellar experience for most. He has done this before. Having more then 30 years in retail and customer service, I for one do not appreciate this. Putting the customer first sometimes means you bite the bullet.

Well if feedback is the MAIN thing all of a sudden, then why the message on Facebook saying essentially "don't contact us about this issue, our system will kick your message out and we won't read it anyways".

I used the feedback form ONCE to let them know I am heatbroken over the decision to discontinue Boba Tea. I have yet to receive a reply and I don't expect to hear anything more other than what has already been said. It's gone, and that's the end of it.@SharonMM - Understood and points taken. There was mention of certain liquids being cut for performance issues. I will say that I noticed Boba Tea having massive throat hit for its corresponding nic level, and also left a musty room note. Maybe those things played into it... idk. We will probably never know why.
They probably rejected your phone number. You aren't the first person they have done that to. Try calling from another line.

This is spot on IMHO and does give me hope that at least some of our favorites will still be around if even double the price. Which I'm sure after the FDA get through with their strenuous regulation process, that will hopefully take a couple more years to implement, will ensue afterward. I would bet they will up the prices if not double them.
My problem with CWW is, even if I have 60ml of the stuff, it is all but gone in a months time. I may put one 60ml back for a longer steep just to see how much better it can get.
I let my feelings be know on W&AS too. Dang it, I only had a 10ml bottle for a sample and fell in love with it. Just my luck it's now unavailable.
Anyone reading this, if you have a bottle of W&S Sarsaparilla and you don't care for it, PM me and I will take that off ya hands!
