I need a sale, too! I don't have a feedback coupon, since I never got an email for my last order, but I'm ready to try some new stuff! First on my list is Caramel House Blend and Strawberry Shortcake. Maybe a sample of Peach Tarte Tatin...

I'm not seeing that, but Alley told me that I'm profiled for max flavor and I started ordering in October 2013. And they still had their article up then about why a flavor between two different people won't taste the same. I do wish they'd at least be consistent in their messages.

It was a response to a comment on that long, long FB post. It confuses me, too. I've only been ordering since last year (I think October, 2013, also), and Alley told me they were going to add something to my profile, too. More ginger to the Ginger Candy, I believe it was.

Most of us recommend getting them unsweetened to start with, then if you want them sweeter, go from there the next time. And no, it isn't adding another shot of flavor. Ahlusion doesn't do flavor shots. If you order and find that you think the juice needs more flavor, you could probably ask for it in the comments on the next order. Most of the juices are plenty flavorful already, though.

I wouldn't sweeten any of them. MBV sells flavor shots because their blends go bland after a few weeks (whereas Ahlusion's improve markedly over time with the exception of Cherry Cola and Sarsaparilla). The one and only alteration i request is to the Cha-Yen line. Ask for em extra creamy and they're even better.

i touched on this issue a few pages back. my perception was based on limited interaction with Wlad. Maybe July was a particularly bad month for him in this regard, i don't know. perhaps he has some other issues going on with the business. i remember someone jumping in these threads a couple months back and complaining about Wlad and some proposed business interaction they had going wrong etc ... and then apologizing for bringing a personal issue to a public forum. All the restructuring and sales etc,,. looks like they want some immediate cash flow, so perhaps these are trying times for them and it reflects on their responses to my inquiries.

"Poor" might have been a harsh word to describe their customer service.

Remember that really pretty girl from high school, who was also really sweet, and kind and considerate and helpful ? Well not that one ! Ahlusion sort of reminds me of the other girl who was really beautiful, who also knew full well how pretty she is and carried herself accordingly. You know that girl who has been told since she was four years old how pretty she is, and now takes all compliments for granted, and while not rude exactly, is not too humble either ? Kinda acts like it's your privilege to be in her company ? That's the vibe, i got.

And i know some of you have had a different experience, and i also realize that some of you may have an emotional attachment to the company which makes it difficult to comprehend my experience ... but there it is, that's how i felt. Like i said before though, it won't stop me from ordering from them. Probably three or four of their juices are in my current top ten !

Any one try the new Neutral or Caramel House yet?

I have the Caramel House Blend. Wlad's wonderful Caramel and a softer? Tobacco than CWW. I don't expect the tobacco to come out much more since it is House Blend but I hope it balances a little more (tried at only about 1 week old). I like it, and for those that want a caramel with lighter tobacco than CWW, you will love this.

I believe Mr Mann has Neutral... ??????

yeah you're right. didn't call to chat him up though ! don't know nor care if Wlad is great and i doubt i could judge a man based on two brief telephone conversations anyway. not about Wlad as a person. he just happened to be the one who answered the phone. my comment had to do with the way i was spoken to as a customer and how accommodating i thought they were. this whole line of back and forth posts started when i gave a review of the company and it's juices based on my experience, which was quite positive as a whole. but a few people found a brief comment i made re poor customer service, unjustified. fair enough.

believe it or not, this was the first time i ever called a vendor. wrote an email or two to a couple of vendors and was lucky enough to have my issues resolved. only called ahlusion since my issue was not resolved through emails. in retrospect i should've let it rest. 15 % off would've only saved me $ 9 on my order, and it wasn't worth the bad vibe. i felt a mistaken sense of entitlement to my feedback coupon i suppose ! my mistake.

What a relief! Alley wrote to me, in a feedback to a feedback,"As for Raspberry Sunset and Sublime, these flavors are just temporarily unavailable. However, I do not have a set date as to when they will be available again." Okay, I can live with that.
The REALLY need to differentiate between 'gone forever' and 'we're out of cranberry this week.'

Anywho, I had to pull out my two month old Strawberry Shortcake with all the chatter over the picture change (LOL). I ordered it because I didn't care for Strawberry Vanilla Cake but I still wanted something like it (that sounds rather stupid in retrospect). I still can't pinpoint the element in the SVC I don't care for. But the shortcake version is very good! I get the strawberry, the shortcake, and the whipped cream Definitely recommend over SVC.
