Strawberry Shortcake-- Mr. Mann, I blame you for this, and I will be getting at least a 30 ml next time around! I haven't given it a chance to steep, and I don't care. It's delicious!
Boba Tea Coconut-- Mozzer, if you're reading, I'm pretty sure this is all your fault. I think you all know how I feel about plain Boba Tea, and adding coconut is something special, as well. I've only had it two days, and the coconut is pretty strong (and a little artificial still, but I know by now how A+ coconut steeps and mellows). I added a little bit of perfectly steeped plain BT (6+ weeks is when it starts to make magic), and it's amazing. Amazing, I tell you! Damn, another big bottle on the must order list.
Lemon Vanilla Cake-- Sharon, you know this is all on you. Other people have gotten their special little samples, but I was there when you started talking about wanting to special order something like this. I may have even egged you on, but I refuse to share the blame! It's everything I wanted in a lemon dessert. It's the one thing that I was seriously considering going elsewhere for, and now it's here. Yum. My one concern is that it will do what Lemon Cream did for me, which was get an anise-like note with steeping. Bleh. So far it's perfect, but I may wait a bit before ordering it in bulk, just to be sure. If it stays the same, load up the truck, I'm sold!!!
Tarte Tatin Peach-- This is my doing. I kept asking for feedback, and didn't get much, but TT Apple was so good, good, good, and TT Pear was also nice, I couldn't resist getting a sample. Hmm, I'll have to get back to you all on this. I think it needs steeping. It's a little chemically so far, but it does have potential.
