Ok so this worked for me on my work computer which is running windows 7 and ie explorer. Not all the ssl and tls options were checked. I went ahead and checked them all and was able to successfully access my account and complete an order. Still not sure how to configure these settings on macbook. Safari's options are....how should I say it...rather limited. If anyone knows how to do this please let me know because right now if I want to place an order I have to do it on my work computer.
SAFARI
Click Safari in the upper left corner of your display.
Click Preferences.
Select the Security icon and ensure that Enable plug-ins, Enable Java, and Enable JavaScript are checked.
Close the window.
Then, try connecting again.
