Cleaning up unread emails from over the holidays and what did I find? A feedback I had never responded to! Made my order, stacked and pushed that button with one day to spare. I don't need much (I really overbought and have lots of my faves), but Crisp Melon grew on me.
I must've gotten my order in early enough yesterday because it's out for delivery right now. Mental note: order early in the day!
That's funny, I pulled out my super steeped (exp 10/14) Boba Tea yesterday and I really enjoyed it. It has much more depth than when fresh, much thicker, if that makes sense. That's a juice that's really hard for me to describe.
Oh , lawd ha' mercy! Yeah, this is not quite the RR that I once had (that I thought was kinda nasty at first). This liquid is insanely good. I got it in 6 mg/mL at 70 VG. This should be perfect for Boba Tea lovers and those that are looking for something sweet, creamy and different. This is just beautiful!
I have to say, I am kinda ...... I even tried this now (RR) becasue this is one of those liquids that I feel is simply impossible with DIYing. Man, this sorta makes me feel lame, even with my best mixes. So far I have really impressed myself with my desserts vs. most other pre-made desserts from most vendors (save for 5P's Gambit), but this is even more impossible to approach.
It should be noted that my JDS has changed since the first time I tried it, so that could be it, though I don't think that is what has made this so much better. I guess it doens't really matter though as I see chanelvaps had a similar reaction to me when I tried it a couple years ago so who knows? If it's my tastes that changed, I am happy for myself cause this occupies a rare space.

I just tried my sample of RR a couple of days ago. Maybe I am crazy, but I am thinking it has similar notes to Shipwreck in it? I had filled a tank that was almost empty of Boba Tea Coconut since someone said that RR was like BT on steroids. I think I will go back to my BT Coconut when this is empty.
Sapphire feels like something I can do. As a matter of fact, I think I have some of these ingredients. I don't think I can necessarily recreate it or get it this vibrant, but I bet I can satisfy the urge for something like this from my own flavorings. And even though I doubt I can do anything like RR, I betcha I try! 
And about RR: I do suspect my own tastes changing has something to do with me immediately loving this flavor becasue flavors that I used to love, form other vendors, I no longer do, and I doubt their recipes have changed. I don't know how much this will affect my perception of the liquid, but my nic has also drastically dropped for flavored vaping since the first time I ordered RR. I am a little befuddled over here trying to make sense of this.

Who else here has tried Sapphire? I made that post above when I was dripping it and the smell is one thing, but the vape is not playing all that well for me. In a weird way there seems to be something tasting off. Not really feeling this, and though it smells gloriously of blueberry, I am not tasting what I am smelling. Steep by default.
I have a 30ml bottle of Sapphire Mann. It is not one I vape often; I find the taste very subtle. But sometimes I just want subtle so for those times it works. Faint blueberry with something else going on. Not really creamy, but, well, I don't know. I like it but only sometimes.
Yeah, I am going to have to come back to this one later on (like way later on) because its turning almost antiseptic. Unless this changes or my understanding of the taste changes, I think I will stick with my own blueberry mixes! Isn't it weird in vaping how the things that you have the highest expectations can be the furthest from your ideas and the things you had little hope for turn out to be stellar? I guess that's just life more so than vaping.
I have Sapphire. I picked it up during my first 6mg order. It's getting the long steep treatment by default since I'm in the middle of vaping up all my 12mg juices. I did try it fresh though, and enjoyed it quite a bit. It seems quite different than other Ahl fruits. If I remember correctly, it had sort of a gummies vibe going on for me. Leaning more towards candy than authentic fruit, but in a unique way I enjoyed.
I would agree with this. A candy sort of Blueberry. Reminded me of those Fun Dips or a Blueberry Snow cone. Not a re-order for me although I did not dislike it
Oh Mann! I love the sapphire, but only fresh out of new bottle with a fresh atty. I don't get all the nuance after a couple weeks, or in a KFL or old atty so I just get 30's and vape it dry while the other kids sleep. Seems to put out much more vapor too, although I can't account for why. Mmm... Gobs of sweet/sour luscious vape. I can polish off a 30 in about 5 days.
I think something happened with my build earlier when I was cleaning out my atty from RR to drip Sapphire. I tried another flavor after making that post and that one tasted off too, so I will revisit Sapphire tonight. I rebuilt and everything is great again (though I have not tried Sapphire on this build).

I think I am all jumbled up becasue I have been mostly vaping my own liquids for 4-5 months now, so I forgot a little bit of what it was like to vape new-to-me flavors and not really have a clue about what it is your're tasting, should be tasting or what the hell is really in the liquid as far as flavorings.

I'll say it again...there is no Blueberry worthy of vaping out there..The one's that are good you have to buy in small quantities and vape really quick. TPR Blueberries and Cream comes to mind.
Well I'll be..you are correcto mundo Mr. Mann..Shipwreck is my next fave to RR and now I know why.
I also am having taste bud explosions with these AHL juices I just got..Can't seem to put one down without loading another one into the Reo or Billow.
Oops..or Godfather as they call it..I can't get enough FOOB...It's just like tasting it for the very first time.
I'm backing off from AHL for a day or so with my Absolute Creme Burlee ...really good stuff from NT.
Cathy the very day I stumble upon a worthy blueberry you will be one of the first to know..I gave up on the quest awhile back but still venture into the blueberry patch every now and again..hehe
