Ok two more questions, how do u know when ur gold and what is the percentage off?I don't think there's a specific criteria for Gold status. From my understanding, it's a manual process done on a case by case basis. I know that most people with Gold Status are very diligent about providing meaningful feedback when given the opportunities, as well as continue to place orders on a regular basis.
Again though, I don't think there is a specific formula other than provide good, thought out and meaningful feedback.
If I log in, and click on my profile on the left sidebar, you are presented with a screen of information about your account. One item is "Shopper Group" which will say "Gold" if you have gold status.
I'm not sure if the percentage is fixed, or if it changes based on XPress vs. Custom. Generally it seems to be around ~20%.
