Haven't received a feedback email either, from my order of February 2nd.
Despite having an overabundance of juice, I was hoping to place an order for some new flavors and stack on that whopping 35% sale. Still hoping to get one to stack on the current 25% sale but I have this guilty feeling of entitlement. So I thought about that.
We've become accustomed to stacking coupons onto sales, getting 10ml samples with our orders, free shipping. Those are not things most vendors do. When Ahlusion changes a policy or offering, do they get praise for having had the policy or offering in the first place? Probably not. But I've watched a whole lot of whining when it is withdrawn or rumored to be. That folks, is entitlement. Who knows, maybe they have decided they have gotten enough feedback, or don't feel they should have to give 15% off to their customers to get a little feedback on new flavors anymore. Do we get .... hurt about that? Some would, for sure. THAT is entitlement.
I am going to watch and wait QUIETLY to see if the feedback perk is over. If it is, I'm good with that. It was a great perk. I could go a few months without ordering on the stock I have. I hope but don't expect that when I need to re-order, there will be a sale that takes some sting out of the MSRP. I will be happy to still get my discount (which is only on the first 10ml) if it is still available. Folks need to be prepared for these kinds of things without trying to run Wlads business. No point in whining. There ARE other vendors if you want to take it personally.
Would I look around if my only option was MSRP without perks? I've seen enough from those who try other vendors to say that even at MSRP, Ahlusions products are fairly priced, overwhelming in depth and breadth of selection, and of very high quality. I'd be hard pressed to find an alternative.
My only point is that we've all been kind of spoiled and should be prepared that at any time, policies, offerings, discounts, whatever can and might change. I hope that the reactions if and when that happens are limited to exploring other options if it doesn't sit with you. At any time, it is Ahlusions perogative to change things. At any time, it is ours to look for something better. This Ahlusion thread went once not too long ago to a place that I was not interested in visiting it. I hope IF and that is a big IF there is change, it doesn't go there again.
