I prefer the PT 1 to the 2 and 3. I found the 3's dual coils made no difference at all, and 2 and 3 simply have more parts and are more prone to clog. Give me a week to see how I take to the Kayfun and I might trade it for the PT heads. What's supposed to be better about the Kayfun? Is it supposed to produce more vape, be more flavorful? I'm not trolling, I honestly can't tell. It works nicely (I'm using cotton wicking) but it seems the same as a PT to me. A little less vapor, same flavor. Also, do I need to replace the wick to change liquids with it?
Too little vapor and flavor likely means you have used too much cotton for your wicking. If the coil compresses the cotton at all it will choke the wicking. You should only use just barely enough cotton so it causes only the slightest bit of resistance when pulling it through the coil. The cotton expands quite a lot when saturated with juice.
I like using a lighted magnifying lamp when working on coils. I think it makes easier and faster to both make and troubleshoot builds. You can get them at Joann's or Michaels. Both places have very frequent sales and 40% or 50% off coupons.
There is no reason to change wicks when switching to a new flavor unless you know that the flavors won't go together well or if you need to get rid of a strong flavor like anise or cinnamon. Not cleaning between two flavors often leads to many happy Frankenjuice discoveries.
I must've missed something because I am at a loss as to when ebay lifted its sanction against selling ecig products. I am even finding more and more usage of Paypal (and not just overseas) when that was a big no-no before. What gives? Anyone? Is it just the huge commerce side of vaping that made them rethink their previous position? Or is the proverbial "other shoe" still on its way down?
Aside from greed, I wonder if PayPal co-founder
Peter Thiel's investment in NJOY has had something to do with increasingly lax attitude towards e-cigs? PayPal and eBay both continue to prohibit e-cig sales so if someone depends on their PayPal account caution would be in order. PayPal has a history of shutting down even buyers' accounts for months for buying e-cig products.
PayPal has used some sort of convoluted argument about the legality of e-cigs as to why they allow e-cig sales in some countries rather than others. I don't pretend to understand the argument nor rationale.
I come up with some good stuff on the fly
Editing to add: I am also vaping Fijian Nights..which is NOT cheating because it was xpress. Anyone else think this one tastes very similar to Sweet Surrender?
The coconut and pineapple are similar but I find that the spice and mint make Fijian Nights a completely different juice than Sweet Surrender. The complexity of Fijian nights, even by Ahlusion standards, left me slack-jawed. It will be a reorder for me despite the fact that mint combined with fruit is not usually a fave of mine.
