LOL! I didn't particularly care for Strawberry Vanilla Cake, so I've stayed away from other vanilla cakes for now. Strawberry Shortcake is killer, though!

I really enjoy AM. After a few years of vaping mostly tobaccos, I tried (& fell in love with) LVC, then AM. Both opened my eyes to what fruit flavors can do for me. I've gone on to enjoy other Ahl fruit flavors, but these two are my favorites. I also like them mixed together- which I do regularly.
My initial new ones from AHL are about two weeks old today. Cannot take it anymore and decide I must try one. Some are pinkish, some are amber. I know from experience with the color and the viscosity that they are not 'ready' like I like them to be ready but I slap some Hawaiian Sun in a Taifun and it is good but I know it will get better. Going to try to give the 8mls I have left another two weeks for not just good but GLORIOUS
Strawberry shortcake imo is the best of their strawberry. I'm finding myself to be a "one fruit" kinda guy. I mean, I love all their fruits, but I only want one iteration of each. They present them all in so many wonderful ways, but I just want the best for each fruit. Really the best of each "category" is what I'm finding myself doing. So I guess this is how it breaks down for me:
Strawberry: Strawberry Shortcake
Blueberry: Billow Berry
Banana: Banana Cream Pie
Raspberry: Rasputin
Orange: Calypso
Mango: Mango Lassi
Pineapple: Fijian Nights
Peach: Peachy Criminal (They need to work on their peach offerings imo)
Lemon: Lemon Vanilla Cake
Lime: Lime Cream
So, the creams and vanilla cakes are mostly dead to me now. I'll revisit them, like a 2nd favorite cousin at the holidays. Lemon vanilla cake is still in there, only because it is the best lemon so far. I'm finding I like the pies better than the cakes. Lemon and lime would change quick if they came out with a Key Lime Pie and a Lemon Meringue Pie. Yin Yang could upset calypso for best orange, but I haven't had a chance to try it yet. So could Alton, but that's still steeping and though the sherbet is great, it isn't better than Calypso yet.

Oh YEAH! I forgot about Moulin Rouge! Oh boy, if that tasted anything like Nicole Kidman, it would be Spectacular Spectacular! Only Wlad could pull that off, he's got a huge... talent.

So I have now moved on to another 'new to me' AHL and it is Papaya Lassi, only two weeks old and def in need of more steep time. It is good but I think I will prefer Mango
I check every day for that one...lol...they need to hurry up!
My son came by this weekend. He'd given up on vaping because clearo's weren't doing it for him. Can't believe MY SON didn't have a better delivery method. Tried to get him to go KFL, but he wants the convenience option of pre-built. I talked him into a Kanger Mini. The only juices he had were year old poor choices from Ahl's lineup. Gave him brand new bottle of Sapphire, Mango Lassi, SVC and another I can't recall. He's coming by this weekend to learn how to build his own coils for the Kanger. I'll get him off the stinkies yet, he does want to quit. That's the most important element.
I have given a few friends protank coils that I rebuilt and they only have to dry burn and change the cotton in them and they are pretty happy. They hit me back up every couple of months to make them 2-3 more.
LVC. But I only like it fresh so Lemon Cream wins out. I'm just not one for bakery flavors. Love to eat them but I don't like to vape them. Weird since I vape so many things I'd never eat!
Never thought I'd find anything that I liked better than a carto tank. I've got thousands of dollars in beautiful tanks and I haven't used one since finding the GS Air. It is amazing!
Get him a GS Air! Only $9 for the tank and the coils can be rebuilt but they last forever and are $10 for 5. The flavor and amount of vapor is so much better than any Kanger. It's the best tank ever! You can use it from 5-15 Watts and no dry hits even with high VG. Although I can't imagine how much vapor it puts out with high VG. I'm still using 70PG and my husband complains about me fogging up the room! Lol. I bought an ionizer fan since he complains enough about my vaping.
I really think it is the perfect tank but especially good for new vapers. It's simple to use and the wide range of wattage allows you to find your sweet spot for every flavor. I vape most flavors at 9W but find that Lemon and Lime Cream are better at 7W.
I have 8 of them now. Should've had 10 but had an order screw up and they sent coils instead of tanks. Worst part is that they aren't even the coils for the GS Air.
I sure hope you can find something that works for him. I'm still trying to get my son to try it again so I know what you're going through.
I've been mixing Billow Berry and Wild "Passion" in equal amounts. It is delicious.
I bought a 60ml bottle of Wild Passion before I discovered that I prefer it sweetened. Adding Billow Berry is even better than having it sweetened.
