Ahlusion LLC Chat Thread

Thanks everyone — great suggestions.

The only two I have not tried are Blueberry Vanilla Cake and Strawberry Shortcake which I do have on order. I will add the Blueberry Vanilla Cake to my list to be ordered as I am always looking for a good blueberry eliquid which is hard to find. Typically I like anything lemony so I have tried Lemon Vanilla Cake. This was a good year or so ago. The flavor was really good however I found it a little subtle for my taste. I am going to order it again to see if my taste has changed. I have also had the Pineapple Cream which I did not care for however I did not add sweetener so next time I will order with sweetener. I tried Bananas Foster last year knowing that I do not care for banana eliquids. On occasion I try a new banana eliquid thinking maybe my taste has changed. It is a good eliquid and it is just that bananas are not my thing. I like eating bananas, muffins, banana nut cake, etc. but in eliquids for whatever reason I cannot do.

Pineapple Cream, sweetened. It HAS to be sweetened or it's just terrible. It doesn't end up over sweetened. It tastes like Ahlusion uses different flavors to sweeten this one since it is a completely different flavor sweetened. It's their version of Pineapple Ice Cream so that makes it a dessert.

If I had to live with just one flavor this would be it.





I'm so glad to see more people enjoying it! It really is a one of a kind flavor and I love it fresh and steeped. I think it's a must try flavor.

This is TOO funny. I was supposed to go SOUTH on US23 today, on an errand. Guy wasn't in by the time I hit 23, so I went NORTH instead, to Swartz Creek. And guess what was one of the bottles I ordered? Yup, Pineapple Cream, Sweetened. Even DREW said he's going to have to try it, with all the uproar about it. We've both had it regular, and thought it OK (he has the same reaction to citric vapes that I do, kinda harsh) but I'll know some day in the not too distant future, what it is like. I trust it will be fabulous. SUCH a fan base!

I prefer French, Mediterranean, Italian, Greek, lots of other cuisines to American. But when it comes to dessert, I'm ALL American. My fave, hands down, is a piece of warm apple pie with some cinnamon ice cream on the side. Could eat that till I explode.

I am a Facebook Troglodyte as well, but I DO believe you have to share them to get their posts to show up in your feed? I dunno, they never seem to show up in mine? Hopefully, we will BOTH find out soon..

Edit: Ooops, I think I figured it out. If you like their profile pic, a menu comes up with controls of how they show up in your feed, and whether or not you receive notifications when they post. I just turned everything to 11.

Their stuff will show up in your timeline if you go to FB. And, as they're the only person or company you are following, it will be easy to find. Depending on your notifications, you might get pop-ups on your computer or e-mails telling you that someone has posted an update.

For me I have the problem that 2 animal lovers I follow post a lot. In the case of my 72 yr old cousin, a very, very lot. So, unless I start checking more often, their posts will get lost in the flood so I'll still have to check their page.

ETA: But if you are not following them and you check their FB page, some posts are hidden. If you follow them, you'll see them all.

Neither the Blueberry nor the Lemon Vanilla Cake are "cakey." I've had some e-liquid muffins and cupcakes that somehow feel dry enough to stick in my throat. With this, the cake part is that you don't feel like you are drinking a bottle of Real Lemon.

The BVC reminds me of the big, cakey blueberry muffins with big tops but not the toast muffin top (which I do love but can't imagine getting a juice to taste like that.) And it tastes of real blueberry, not candy ones. But the flavor is subtle, not "in your face."

I have a bottle of Banana Cream Pie. It's good and pretty accurate but I won't be reordering it. The banana has a astringent edge. I was thinking it's the flavor that bananas get about half a day before they turn to mush but now I think it's the flavor of those stringy threads that are between the banana and the skin. I prefer my bananas without them on.

well, I think you have to check your facebook account now on a regular basis and since you liked them, yes, you will receive notifications. Just as an added guarantee, go into Facebook, go to the AHL site, where it says "Liked" you will see an arrow for drop down and then click 'receive all notifications'
There is also a way to make your new posts get linked to your email account but I am on my first cup of coffee and cannot tell you that right now

I've dropped one person who I don't want to unfriend for certain reasons from my timeline entirely but I can't really not get what my cousin or this other friend posts.

I grew up eating different ethnic foods so I am with you. I only like to eat apple pie if it is hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of it. Someone needs to make an juice! When I was a child, my aunt use to make from scratch lemon meringue pie for me. My other aunt use to make from scratch papaya sherbet.

Did what you suggested, so now, if I understood, I should receive emails when Ahl posts onto their FB account. Right all?
Quite amusing really. I have a computer software background, and it was not at all obvious how to do this. It's a very "busy" website.

Vlad told me that there were less than 20 orders of Shamrock last year, so sadly, they won't be reintroducing it this year.

Regular isn't even ok, it's downright terrible! There's nothing harsh about Pineapple Cream Sweetened. I've tried so many flavors sweetened and this is the only flavor that I've found is completely different with sweetener. I can't even taste the sweetener in it.

Ooooh, might be awhile. DIY is seriously cutting into my Ahlusion consumption. This order makes 12 60ml's in the freezer.. Good vapocalypse stash, but PC+S could be several months away from being tried.. I will SURELY let ya know, though! I've recently fallen for Bourbon Peach Cheesecake, hard.
