I wrote on August 3 to ask if I'm getting gold member status. I got a support ticket but no answer. Knowing how busy they must be with the new regulations, I didn't push but I've run out of a few "must haves" so last night I replied to the ticket to ask again. Still no answer.
I know they are usually very responsive so I can't decide if I am concerned or mildly insulted.

How is Ahl doing age verification? I just ordered 480 mls of juice with no issue - but then saw the order is "on hold." In truth, I've never looked at order status after placing an order, before, so perhaps it's always been that way. OTH, perhaps there's a behind the scenes age verification algorithm?

You enter your date of birth in your user profile. Once you have done that and saved it, it will disappear but it will remember it.
If your order is on hold, make sure there wasn't a problem.

Also, had anyone had success getting Wlad & Co to make custom nicotine mg? I'm trying to cut down from 12mg, but 6mg is too little, so I have to get one bottle at 12 and one at 6 and combine for 9mg.

Yeah, that jump down was pretty big for me. For a few days after I went from 12 to 6 mg I vaped a lot more than I had been. I'm not sure how much good it did me, as my eliquid use - long term - has gone from 3-4 ml/day to maybe 5-6+ ml/day since then. It might have been cheaper for me to stay at 12mg/l. <heh> Part of that could just be due to equipment and vaping style changes, though.

I had cut down to about 10 cigs a day many months before I tried vaping too. On my first order of eliquid, I ordered a bottle of 18 mg/l and a bottle of 12 mg/l. I tried the 18 first and was over-nic'd within seconds. Tried the 12 and still got a head-rush.
I used to get a slight head-rush every morning even on 12. I don't get them at all with 6 mg/l. TBH, I kind of miss my morning head-rush.

Elite is all flavors, strengths, etc. they offered before, just with different labels so I'd assume they can.
I started at 18mg 4 years ago, then quickly moved down to 12. I stayed there for a long time, but now mostly vape 6 when I'm at home (and chain vaping), but use 12 for out-and-about, and still order an occasional 18 for emergencies. So I don't necessarily think that "finding your perfect level" is a one-and-done thing.
