Squeeeeeeel! My Black Friday order arrived today too! Thanks Wlad and Alley- I paid no mind to how it was being shipped (too busy adding to cart in that desperate attempt to get an order in) so priority surprised & delighted me - so did the grape vine sample- cant wait to fall in love with it like so many other Ahulsion flavs!
Mmmmm and the tart cinna canyon - I shook, sniffed and caps off for 2 days before diving into the ones I got the OK to NOT let sit for another week + It's like Christmas morning & I am age 5

Did you get a shipping notice before your package arrived? Read that a few on here have gotten their Black Friday orders but last I heard it was in the "bottling and packaging" stage :( Oh well, no rush - I have plenty on hand!

All over the place
You know what I just realized? Out of my last 2 orders, in addition to re-ups and 10 ml curiosities that I knew would not be staples (and regretting two that indeed will be staples!), I've ordered three 30 ml bottles of juice I've even never tried.

I know what I like, and if I read about an Ahlusion juice that sounds like I will like it, I just pull the trigger on a 30 ml. I've never felt that way about a vendor. Even vendors I like and currently use still have to past the tiny-bottle test.

The 30 mL are like half the total price of the 10s, so why not? It really makes the most sense especially considering you are familiar enough with them to know what you may be getting yourself into. I would not recommend that to a new vaper though. Heck, I don't even recommend A+ to new vapers -- gotta crawl before you ski!

We need a sub-forum. Someplace more off-the-chain where we can say what we REALLY think. I picked up my 3 day old Provari, and it felt strange. I looked, and the top screw of the little window was missing. Nowhere to be found. The window pushed in where the screw is missing. So I emailed Provape customer service, and told them that I have jewelry tools and I'd rather not send it back for the repair, if they would just mail me a screw, I feel pretty confident that I could put it in myself, and I'd use a little loc-tite to prevent re-occurrence.

This was their response:
Hi Mark,
Oh no! How odd is that L
We can actually sell you a couple of screws for $7 (this includes shipping) and you can apply a small dab of glue on the screws and re-secure the window that way. Please let me know if you would like to go this route and I can provide info on how to place that order as they are not listed on our website J

You DON'T want me to post my response, to their response.

Uh oh....Let me guess, they decided to stop selling ProVaris and "pack up" until they felt like taking orders again? Didn't work so well for the green stuff guy...;)

:laugh::laugh::laugh::p

Nah, I guess I'm just spoiled ... rotten by Ahlusion and Caravela customer service, speaking of which, I have one HELL of a Caravela story to tell, but I have to hold it for a couple weeks...

But my God. 3 days old. OK, I didn't read the warranty fine print. But let's face it, for what it is, it's damn expensive. I don't have a problem with that typically, because overpriced is usually backed by sweet customer service that goes out of their way to keep people in line to buy overpriced. .... Well, it's a good thing that "My ship is coming in" because I have NO problem challenging the charge and asking to return it, and sending THEM a "little screw".

Anyone else wondered/asked why Ahlusion doesn't make an HFC? I've been on the quest for a good once since BWB has been having trouble obtaining one of their main ingredients. I can only imagine Ahlusion would make a pretty darn good version of HFC.

No Honey Flue Cured, no RY4, and no 555. Odd, huh? Strangely, I'm so satisfied with the tobaccos they have, that I don't find myself missing them all that much.

Feel free to join me in the mission!!

I wanna join up too -- sounds fun!

OMG - I can only imagine what your response was - I KNOW what mine would be! I'd send that sucker right back and do business elsewhere. And I love my Provari mini - but the b@#s to tell you they'll SELL you a few screws?? My response would certainly have the word "screw" in it, for sure!

They must shop at the same hardware store that NASA does. Laughable.

My order has been stuck in bottling and packaging limbo for a couple of days, but I've got a lil special request in there, so I figured that's what was holding it up. I'm not hurting for anything, so it's all good. I'm not complaining! Just letting you know that my order is there keeping yours company. :D

Mine now says 'ready for shipping' but no tracking # or anything. Believe I got the email saying it was being prepped late Monday night.

No rush though, there will be a steady amount of stuff showing up in the mail over the next few days to keep me entertained. Still have about 7mL of BGB to rely on if I do get impatient.

Ok, glad I'm not the only one - it's not the "usual" for them so I was wondering if I might have messed something up with my order. I had asked for Sassparilla (sp?) as a sample and also thought that might have been holding things up.

p.s. When I said "pounce," I was talking about on the bottle. As in, "oh you don't like it?" LOL. I fooled around and gave up my first bottle of Peachy Criminal waaaaaaaaay too fast!

I knew what you meant. If and that's a pretty big if I decide I want to share/trade BVC, you'll be the first to know. ;)

Speechless. After all the raves about customer support and QC I'm vexed to say the least. Perhaps all the new interest in inexpensive VV/VW devices has cut into their bottom line. They could very well be pulling at strings if they don't have a V3 around the corner. I doubt that screw is proprietary. Maybe a dollar for five at the hardware store. Bummer.

My Friday order still hasn't moved from the packaging phase yet either. They prob know that I couldn't possibly be out of my previous orders and they are trying to help me pace myself. Or we overwhelmed them with orders again and they had to stop to make a bubble wrap run. :)

Hey, the people at PV are generally really good to me. But look, Digitalciggz 5 pack Joye attys $9.95 and look ProVape Joye attys $8.50 for one. hahahaha! I bought 15 today with free shipping and a 10% off code for $27. At ProVape that would be $127.00 before shipping. My only point is that great CS, sometimes, has nothing to do with the business model.

EDIT*** Dern typos!

Ha! Same here. We're all so funny though. Since it's Ahlusion, I haven't even given it a thought. They are in my "It will get here when it gets here, no worries bro" stack, which is exactly one vendor high.

Dear local USPS....you are AWESOME....order...delivered...happy Cinnamonkey am I. :rickroll:

Your postman IS awesome. Mine is evil. I have no proof but I think that he shakes all of the packages on his route as hard as he can before delivering them a day after tracking says that the package has been marked "delivered". The last laugh is mine though...he's just shaking my juice for me.:)

I hear ya. Buuuuut, good CS for a dodgy 3-day-new, $175 PV with a 12 month warranty would have to be in the lines of "We're sending you a postage paid package to ship the defective unit to us. We will send you a new unit as soon as we receive the faulty one".

EDIT: And I'm no ProV hater either. I covet the darn thing. Heck, I'd buy Mo's minus $7 for a missing screw and free shipping. :p
