I am seriously impressed with Ahlusion, despite my initial skepticism. I caught them open around November 8, and got a confirmation on the 9th. I knew from their site and from reading the forums that I would wait a while but it was reassuring that they sent updates on the order status throughout the process. My order from them arrived last Friday, and judging from the perfect packaging clearly someone there has some serious OCD. =) A handwritten note thanking me for my patience was a nice touch too. Of course the juices would need steeping but also of course I just had to drip a bit of each right off. Wow. The quality of the flavors even brand new..remarkable. Before vaping I was a (3 PAD) Newport smoker and since leaving behind analogs I've found that I don't care for tobacco flavors, menthol or otherwise; my favorites are mostly fruit and champagne flavors, with the odd bakery liquid. And now Peachy Criminal, which as of yesterday has the place of honor in my Phiniac tank. If it gets better with more steeping then it will be ultra-supreme..and a miracle, because there's no way it's going to be around too long. I asked them for my sample to choose a tobacco that might convince my still smoking husband to come Into the vaping Light, so they sent a bottle of House Special. I think in a few more days he's going to be really surprised by how good it is. If not, I won't mind vaping it myself. The fruit flavors are also (as I guess all you Ahlusion users know) really lovely. No fake perfume candy taste in anything. Ahlusion is every bit as good as people are saying. I just won't order small bottles next time!

Hey May! Unless, by OCD, you mean the Outstanding Care Department, I don't really see it as OCD. Their packaging makes me feel like I'm special I know, it's just ejuice, but Wlad and Alley & Co absolutely refuse to receive anything less than an A+ in any aspect of their business. They've really earned that 4.0

Yup I know. Sorry, hope that didn't come off as standoff-ish. I can tell you are very thrilled with the entire experience! I was just trying to come up with something that fit the acronym

Interesting that you already loaded up a tank of the Peachy Criminal. I got mine on Monday, dripped a few drops, and had to put it away. There's just so much going on in that juice. I already had a heck of a time getting familiar with smooth criminal (which I now love) in its first few weeks. I didn't wanna do that to myself again. Will check in on Peachy C again in about 10 days.

I've been rocking the genesis/SS thing lately, and my Vivis have been on the shelf collecting dust due to the various muted tones and funky nuances they have imposed on my juice. I finally got around to rebuilding one of the heads with cotton and wow, what a difference. This is just a piece of a cotton ball I swiped from my girl's cabinet and wrapped with some of the 32ga kanthal that came with the Zen. The whole thing took about ten minutes and I really wasn't expecting success. It is a massive improvement over the silica in the standard head in both flavor and delivery. This one tested at 2.0 ohms and is wicking like crazy. I'm getting a fine re-introduction to my SSC today. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to fiddle around for a few minutes with their Vivi.

Man, I'm so excited to try my other A+ flavors this way that I think I may have peed a little.

Opened a bottle of Ahlusion Butterscotch last night, courtesy of lauragal. It's wonderful! It has a very rich, savory flavor that's sweet without being overbearing. This is definitely something I could vape all day.

A few juice notes: I broke into the Kiwi Sea Sour and the Ginger Orange Oolong earlier this week. Out of the two I'd say that the Kiwi Sea was more surprising, mainly because I had not expected it to be quite so sweet. It's not overpoweringly sweet, but there is this sort of cotton candyish undertone I'm getting out of the juice beneath the kiwi flavor. Not bad by any means, but not quite to my taste. The sour mostly comes through after the exhale, leaving a slight puckering sensation behind. Overall I will probably vape the rest of this sporadically (maybe it will be better with some more steeping), but I wouldn't order it again.

The Ginger Orange Oolong is a very nice tea flavor. Starts out with a niiiiice big burst of orange (pretty natural, not sweet) on the inhale, followed by the oolong and ginger flavors on the exhale. The oolong is subtle but quite noticeable (moreso when enjoyed with a nice pot of Tieguanyin) and synergizes really well with the orange and ginger. The ginger adds a mild sweetness and some spice (especially in the TH department). I love it! My hopes are really high for my incoming tea flavors now.

Finally, I've spent a little bit more time with DD (it lives in one of my VVN minis now). It's a really robust tobacco with a lot of spicy and earthy flavors (though the flavor profile is still closer to pipe than cigar) and some ridiculous TH! Full flavored and aggressive, it really plays well with my Manhattans. It's perhaps a bit too agressive to be my only all day vape, and I usually find myself rotating between it and BGB for most of the day. I will definitely be reordering this when it runs out. One caveat for DD is that the smell might be off-putting to some people (my girlfriend finds it very unpleasant, but does not mind the smell of BGB).

Has anyone tried the Sweet Georgia Peach premium tobacco flavor? I had been hoping to score some on black friday but they are out of stock.

LOL! Purple is pretty high on my list too....been trying to decide between the 2 for months now! But the white would go with all 5 of my "Braniele" tips...whereas the purple would only go with the one I ordered yesterday. Dilemma I tell ya!

When I finally get a Provari, it will likely be for use at home only as well. When I go out in public, I still use just a regular 510 battery with cartos...I guess I still like the "cig-a-like" styles when I am in public. When I travel, I bring my mini ego batteries...and I just LOVE those little guys. They work just as good as the regular Egos IMO...and they are just so darn cute!! Especially in the cool colors they come in! Vapors-choice.com has all of the various colors....I got mine somewhere else initially, but I noticed Vapors-choice has all of the same colors and for a better price. They have kits, and the batteries alone. But they come in these really bright colors...I have a teal blue one....which I love...especially since I have a perfectly matching drip tip for it! I have an electric purple on the way....they also have hot pink, orange, and this really pretty green. They're also available in black & white. They really are so convenient though....and I can't stress how tiny & adorable! The battery itself is just about the exact same size as a Vivi Nova Mini.

Hey Aizen-sama. I have yet to try the two fruity aromatics - they have been unavailable since the first day I visited Ahlusion's site. Don't know of many people who have tried them either. I can tell you that they are in the pipeline so you will be able to try them in the not-too-distant future. So stick around. I'm really looking forward to them myself.

I like your Ginger Orange Oolong notes. Haven't heard much about that one... sounds really tasty. What other teas do you have on the way? I received my first A+ tea, Caramel Pear Black Tea on Monday. I dripped it for a short while, but had to put it away to steep for a few days. It felt a little rough around the edges, but I was able to pick out the tea pretty easily. Even with just that 5 minute test run, I was completely sold on the idea of vaping a tea! Placed another order this week, with a sample request for Berry Shangri-La Tea.

One pet peeve of mine is when vendors proudly advertise their cherry e-liquids with the tag line "Doesn't taste like cough drops!". First off, this seems like damning with faint praise. Second, I inevitably get sucked in and... it always tastes like cough drops.

MI Cherry Tea does not taste like cough drops. It tastes like... sweet cherries. And tea. Go figure.

This is so so so delicate and lovely. Despite the cherries, it isn't all that fruity. It exhibits a refined airiness which is in direct contrast to most fruit liquids which are like a fruit syrup. It is barely, marginally sweet. I keep chasing an ineluctable hint of something or other that will keep me guessing, until sometime deep in the middle of the night when I will bolt upright out of a deep sleep and say "That's it!".

I can only imagine that it will get better in the weeks to come.

Vapor, at 30% VG, is OUTRAGEOUS.

Vivi at 2.8 is weird. I run them at 4.0 volts. It is the only thing JDS I cannot use on my Kick.

My black Friday order is also in the packaging area. I got that email Monday, I think. I haven't checked this evening, don't know if that's been changed. I know it will get here and I have plenty to use until it does.

Got my new Provari on Monday. How does anyone use the vivi novas on this? Every time I try to vape above 3.9, I get very burnt taste. Checking the ohms, it says they are 2.8 (even tho they are labeled 2.4). According to the watt charts floating around, looks like I should be able to go higher?

I've never been able to use any of my vivi nova 2.8ohm heads for some reason...wait, I am lying...I've had one of about 5 work for me. The others have been fine...but nothing but burnt taste with the 2.8s, even down to 3.6volts
