Air Hogs Mod

Decided not to throw out an old Air Hogs charger....an old 510 connecter, some solder and epoxy and now i have another mod. It runs on 4 AA batteries.

thats pretty cool, i hate to sound stupid but how do you know what voltage the device outputs with 4 aa batts

that should be roughly 4.8v unloaded, with a pretty drastic drop loaded. look at the "puck" threads.

Actually using NiMH batteries (which come off the charger at 1.4v) unloaded, on fresh batts, is 5.6v. Using a 3.2 carto, my Puck drops to 4.8v, which is very nice. I use AAA batts in my Pucks and still get 10+ hours vape time.

Cool. Couldn't you make one out of the vehicle itself so that it could fly up, hover, take a toke and land. That would bepost edited due to censor evasion.

Not into RC stuff. But I do remember a 'tethered' helicopter I had when I was a kid. Get one of those, hook an atty connector in, pop in a carto. New drinking game? You miss your toke, drink a shot.

I had the airplane version of that. Wore the thing out.
