I have found that the air hole on my cobra is too small, just way too tight of a draw for me. Now since I don't have any other experience with RBAs I'm not sure how big I should make it. Any suggestions?
The important part of this post is in your opinion. While yes, first the OP should make sure the air hole is unobstructed and then try it out, but it still may not be to their liking. Mine wasn't obstructed at all but I still ended up boring it out a slight bit after a week or two of using it stock and I preferred it that way. Though a lot of people like a tighter draw, many of us prefer a more airy draw. My Kayfun, for example, has an adjustable airflow. You can tighten the screw in or out to open it up or almost completely close it, and I prefer it with the screw almost all the way out most of the time, though sometimes I do close it off more.Do not touch the air hole on the Cobra....it has the perfect draw. All you have to do is insert a pin or a straightened out paper clip inside the hole and keep spinning it. Some of the Cobra's have obstructed air holes......and the above will fix the problem. I have tried many RBA's and the cobra is one of the best if not the best when it comes to flavor, wicking, vapor, and performance... so try not to touch the air hole.
