I hate to hear that, Kimber! I've ordered from FSUSA 4 or 5 times now and they've always been very quick to get to me! Maybe you can try tracking the shipment? They e-mail customers with tracking info...it's entirely possible this is a post-office SNAFU.
yes we are normally same day or the next day at latest for juice orders. we are working hard on remodeling our new vapelounge and it is absorbing a bit of our time. even with all the employees we have it is a bear of a job. apologies for anything taking more then a few days to get to you. trust me, we are back on track as of yesterday and shipping juices rapidly

Remember that your juice is also hand mixed at the time of order so it may take just a bit longer than juice that is sitting on the shelf and in stock but as you found out it is so well worth the wait

I Have too say FSUSA is the one and only juice supplier I need.I have never been let down and yes they seem to be psycic on the sample they put in also all the thank-you's on the slip go'es a long way sound's dumb but make's you feel like they really appreciate you two thumb's up..
Dude- you nailed it. Little "thank you" notes from the employees on every invoice...it's a tiny little detail, but it makes you feel all warm and fuzzy inside. It really does go a long way.
I've gotten samples of flavors I definitely would not have ordered or even thought I would like and after trying them ended up buying more of that flavor.
Yeah those 'samples' get you each time. Haven't even tried them all yet. Waiting on some bottles to cut the 24mg strength, too strong. But that french toast...oh so yummy...and I got a bigger bottle with last sale. Will be busy this weekend playing with flavors.

Has anyone tried their PEACH flavor? I am a big fan of the peach flavor juice for some reason, and Gourmet Vapor's Peaches and Cream is a little light for my taste even at the triple strength that I ordered. Looking for a really strong taste of peach.
Love, love, love FSUSA's peach. The last time I ordered it I got a triple shot of flavoring. Delicious. I'm actually vaping it as we speak. My all day is generally either Peach of Hopscotch.
I got a sample of the Fuzzy Navel on my last order and I like that as well. The 24mg nic levels just kill me, but I'll definitely be ordering a larger bottle of it in my usual 18mg on the next order.

Thanks for you input! I will order both the peach - triple shot and fuzzy navel in their strongest level, and probably in the largest size they carry.
I second the triple shot for peach.. I have the regular strength and it's very good, but could definitely be a little bit stronger.
Just something for me to remember next time I order it!
I've ordered from FSUSA several times and have never been disappointed. I haven't tried a flavor yet that I didn't like and their customer service is great. Shipping is very fast when they aren't having a big sale and even then, it's still pretty quick. I'm very happy with them.
I ordered from FSUSA last Thursday and it shipped the next day, couldn't be quicker - but it's still not here. I think the postal service is sleeping on the job this week.
