I found Ahlusion to be extremely sweet and they use a lot of flavoring. For newer members that have taste bud issues where they don't taste anything or like a sweeter vape they would probably love it. I cut it in half with my own base and it was still a bit too much flavoring for me.

That's interesting. I've had 20 or so Ahlusion juices and wouldn't classify any of them as extremely sweet. Which ones did you try?

A Peachy Affair. It was extremely sweet.

*Not saying that's a bad thing or that people won't like it.

A Peachy Affair is a pretty sweet juice..but not even close to being representative of all or most Ahlusion juice.

Alice is one of the best imo, a rock star in the Juice world. My daughter doesn't buy anywhere else now. I can definitely
see why people love AIV. I've tried most of the flavors and all of them are very, very well done, though they only have one
that I love. Jah and Nicole are really nice people and put their hearts and souls into making top notch liquids. The flavors
I had were subtle and interesting, not juice you could diy in your kitchen without a lot of time and effort for sure. They come
pre-steeped for the most part which is a nice thing, too - and yeah the bottles with charms are to die for. =)

A quiet morning and thought it was just a little florally for me but when mixed with some afternoon tea... WOW! I can't imagine finding a more perfect juice for me. It's a perfect soothing smooth subtlety delicious vape.

That was the same thought I had when I tried "A Quiet Morning". A little florally. It's not bad per say but not good enough for me to keep vaping it. So I put it aside with no intention of trying again any time soon. You just gave me an idea to mix with afternoon tea. I'll give it another chance. Thanks! :)

On side note, my favorite was ZA but I don't know why the 2nd bottle order I just received was very "perfumey". Very strong artificial taste to it making it almost unvapeable. I ordered this for my office so I've just put it aside. I still have a little bit from my 1st bottle I use at home and I'm vaping it as I type this, and it's just perfect. Go figure.... Hopefully putting the 2nd bottle on my shelf with frequent shake daily will bring the taste back in couple of weeks. As of now, ZA is dethroned from the top spot of my list and Afternoon Tea took back the crown. LOL

Although I pretty much order a small bottle of e-liquid from most vendors, I don't really base an opinion on one flavor. But in tasting liquids from many many many suppliers, I can get a general idea of their products. Most bigger suppliers have a taste that's pretty unique to them. Most I try and pass along. I mostly DIY at this point.

Ahlusion is possibly an exception. Its juices are pretty diverse and unlike many companies, it makes the majority of its own flavorings as May said. It also does some very unique things with extracted tobacco. Even the differences between its aromatic tobaccos and non-aromatic tobaccos are big. Please don't take this as a criticism, but I think it's misleading to say that Ahlusion's juices are overly sweet based off of one bottle. We, of course, can disagree about that. :)

Try waiting 2 months plus for Vapelicious. I've decided it's not worth it to me because mainly in that time I've managed to put together 3 DIY I like every bit as much trying to copy a couple favorites of mine I got in Fall. So now I know the strength of flavor to go for and I find it easier to add more flavor without messing up by using the so called forgivable e juices. I use my nose to tell me what's up. So with that in mind some flavors are overly strong and I can't tell. Just dilute a little and sniff until its "that" smell...problem is many days my sniffer is not working well so I don't bother to experiment until later. Why talk DIY here? Because I got 2 samples of Alice's and they are great flavors but I like things stronger and now I have two more good ones to sort of copy. Its helped a lot using e juice made well by a company and I wouldn't advance at all without their expert mixes to prod me on to try. Imagine all the things that can be done with tea....with the help of successful tea e juices.

Good Lord.

Heh, Sorry, didn't mean to sound as if I was proseltyzing to you. I mostly DIY also, since the flavors I prefer are simple
to make. I've tried a lot of Ahlusion's juice, as well as AiV and other "premium" vendors, while on a quest to get my
tobacco and coffee loving husband into vaping. Personally most of their juices aren't for me. I like cinnamon rolls
and cheesecake. :p

I know just what you mean about being able to get a handle on a vendor's flavor profile from
one juice- it's generally been true in my experience as well. I just reacted to your post because that particular flavor
is not one that's representative of most of Ahlusions' line; I wanted to put that out there for people
who might still be testing different vendors. I'm not anyone's fanboi (or girl) I simply respect the quality of
the better juice makers- more so since I do DIY and can tell the difference between average and exceptional.
Ahlusion isn't about sweet juices much at all, and I should have just said that. =)

You didn't. I refuse to get into a huge debate about whether I think a liquid is sweet or not. Sorry, I think it's a bit silly. I don't get that personally invested and debate the merits of a flavor especially if nothing was said that was in any way bad. It was an opinion. Why is that a bad thing if it is sweet? Some people will jump on that as a great thing.

Read a discussion about what Boba's Bounty tastes like. Some love it, some hate it but no two people taste the same thing.

BTW, if a new person asked me, I would recommend it. I know when I started vaping, I had trouble tasting liquids and had to order double flavor.

I'm going to moderate myself- this is an AIV thread.

Sweetness isn't what's being debated. You gave the advice that Ahlusion's liquids are generally very sweet based off of one flavor. I thought that was curious because that hasn't been my experience with the company's products. It wasn't a knock or a personal attack of your perception of sweetness. It was about helping the OP, who asked about Ahlusion, get information.

I just ordered "A Doubly Delectable Sampler" when they opened this week. I can't wait to try it (well, I guess I have to wait lol). I was hesitant about ordering from them because of the wait time, but everyone swears it's worth it, so I've got my fingers crossed, hoping I'll feel the same way. Glad you like them!

You're gonna be sad once you vape through those 3 mls! My advice to find the ones you like and put in a larger order ASAP so you won't be stuck longing for more aiv :)

I wish I'd got the big sampler with all the flavors
I got the 5 sampler and I really really like 2, the others are steeping for flavor

zombie apocalypse is so good!
I really liked the b&w cookie as well.
What are everyone else's favorites?
And would anyone care to share their thoughts on ... white rabbit is supposed to taste like?
Husband swears it's pina-colada, I have no idea but it tastes like coconut & tea to me

Haha :D I found it strange when I read that you found it almost tasted like nothing...
I taste coconut water, not milk but the fresh water you get when people open them for you on the markets in the carribeans, and maple syrup, quite strongly actually....

constant state of confusion
White Rabbit to me tastes like white cake with white frosting and coconut.

I can get a vendor's profile with a flavor or two and I don't DIY. I love my AIV but I have other go-to vendors. I had one vendor that I loved, but they changed something....and every flavor had that "undertone" that I did not like. I tried them a few more times a few months apart and it was still there so I stopped ordering from them. :( I miss some of their flavors (some I helped develop)

Unfortunately my number one criteria for juice isn't flavor any more, it's will it make me wheeze. Albuterol costs more than the most expensive juices available.
