I've seen a bunch of talk about a new "All Aluminum mod" including the Atty / tank parts.
("Noble 1" which was just released and one called the "Model T" which is in the works)
I've also seen a bunch of talk about aluminum not being safe from a health point of view.
Anyone have any verified facts on whether aluminum is safe or not ?

Thanks In Advance

Brett

This has been discussed in various threads - mainly in the heath and safety section - try a search there - since that is the focus. Here at 'ask the vets' we don't offer medical advice which is basically what you're asking - we're not that type of 'vet' :) .... and it would be wrong to offer any advice along those lines, esp. when you ask for 'verified facts' where there is always some studies that would contradict anything 'verified' :)

Some things to keep in mind if you want to look further - there's a difference between anodized aluminum and aluminum. Much of the toxic nature of many materials is determined by the range of heat being applied. There are aluminum cooking pans, skillets and utensils. There is aluminum in most all deoderants which can be absorbed by the skin. No one here (or anywhere) can claim 'complete safety' of some products used. Ecigarettes have not been around long enough for long term studies.

Some of the main materials used - PG and VG have been studied - mainly from people working and inhaling them in the factories where they have been produced and those studies show a high degree of safety.

Again, look at the health and safety section where there is likely more information and expertise, then decide for yourself.

Ali is used because it is cheap: cheap to buy the metal stock, and cheap to machine. You have to ask yourself: do I want it cheap, or do I want it to last a long time and have next to zero health issues?

It's highly unlikely any form of vaping use would approach the amount of ali ingested from using ali cookware, though.
