All Day Vape - why?

I find the same thing. If I keep switching around they all eventually start tasting the same. I have 2, a very strong menthol and a string cinnamon, that always can bring tje taste back. I guess those would be my ADVs though they're both too strong to vape exclusively all day.

Wow, that is exactly what I was saying when replying to a previous post just a moment ago! I read someone talk about very strong flavors helping vapers tongue and for me super strong peppermint and insanely strong cinnamon did the trick. Not at the same time, though. Mixing those two could qualify as a WMD.

Why do some people stick with one kind of beer and others pick a new brew more often than they change their undies?

A lot of what I've discovered (and liked) about vaping reminds me of home brewing, something I was into until a couple of years ago. Serious home brewers enjoy debating pros and cons of different gadgets and recipes, with some taking on "fanboy" status when it comes to a particular method or style. And, there is talk of "BMC" beer drinkers (Bud/Miller/Coors) who stick to "their brand" and just aren't interested in exploring the world of craft beers and all that. And there are those who just brew one style of beer all the time and are perfectly happy with it. Home brewers sometimes struggle to understand these folks, and of course the 1-stylers and BMC crowd would probably find it difficult to understand why some of the home brewers and craft beer fans make such a big deal over something that can be so simple. Anyway, if I look at vaping the same way it makes a lot more sense to me. Thanks!

Maybe some of you kind folks can help me understand this mysterious concept. I'm new here, and I've only been vaping for a little over a year, so there's a lot I still don't know. Also, I mean no offense at all to those who stick with one juice all day...if that's what they like, then that's great. But, for the life of me I do not understand it when I read in juice reviews or whatever all the people who have been searching for their ADV like it's their holy grail (insert Monty Python reference here...use of a coconut flavored juice gets extra credit).

Anyway, with so many juice options out there from all those good companies, plus the ability to go DIY and mix up whatever you like, why do people want to vape one thing all day?

Because when I first tasted it, it reminded me of the taste of Virginia Slims, which I smoked for 30+ yrs. It's the only tobacco-flavored e-juice I like at all, and it's the only e-juice I own that gives me good throat hit and also tastes good. I can't get any TH at all from any of the sweet flavors I've tried, and really can't get much TASTE from them either, just smell, and that's just not enough to satisfy.

Basically, it's the taste that keeps me away from cigarettes, because I learned, at the end of my smoking, that it actually tastes BETTER than those old coffin nails.

Actually... when I mixed 2/3 Kringle's Curse, and 1/3 a really sweet cinnamon redhot that I got, it tasted almost exactly like Doublemint gum. THAT is weird! :D

well, it's like people that drink Coke or Green Tea. There's a flavor that just agrees with you. Something that always delivers at a certain level. You know what to expect. It's like coming home from a long trip and having that level of comfort even after a vacation.

I don't like purchasing any juice that I don't consider an ADV. If I can't tolerate a specific flavor or variety for an entire day, I probably shouldn't buy it.

I'm sure when most of us smoked, we had that one flavor of one specific brand that we were used to. It would be rare to deviate from that variety unless an outside stressor made us (increase in price, availability, etc)

That's it exactly; I smoked the same cigarettes for 30+ yrs, the only alteration being when I switched from Virginia Slims lights to their ultra-lights, and any other cigarette tasted very strange, quite unacceptable. These people who switch flavors constantly must have bought a different brand cigarette everytime they went to the store!

I can't really see much reason to vape, except to quit smoking, and STAY QUIT smoking, so I really don't understand all this flavor-switching. I've tried several different flavors, and none of them would have gotten me to quit, or let me stay quit, like this one that tastes a good deal like the cigarettes I smoked for so long (except WAY BETTER!). In fact the only flavor other than this Virginia that I can even *stand* is an apple-cinnamon mix I created myself from Oak Barrel Cider and Killer Juice's Cinnamon Redhot -- but the Virginia actually has those flavors in it, just very faintly, overshadowed by the smooth savory tobacco taste.
