DIY definitely. Cost is less than $2 for 60ml for me. I vape about 100 ml a week, commercial ejuice would be way too expensive. I have found several mixes that I like just fine too.

I buy my nic by the liter ($45/L), PG and VG by the gallon ($18.52 and $13.40 respectively) and I can mix my +/- monthly 170mL of 40PG/60VG/6mg/mL nic for a whopping $1.31. Yep; DIY works for me!
