I don't think anyone here has anything less than a huge admiration for Raidy's work. I also think everyone takes him at his word that the Genesis design works very well. But - as he has shown - the Genesis comes in all shapes and sizes and I hope that Raidy won't mind at all when people seek out his expert opinion and advice on a planned version. It would be crazy to waste hours and hours of time making something when a simple question to Raidy first might show it to be useless.

Tell me about it. I am working on a bottom cap for the laxan tubing, I don't have a lathe but I am very clever with my drill press. It's just that I will spend hours (perhaps days) doing something with it that I could do in 3 min.s with the proper tool.

Pics or (as they say) it didn't happen :D

Ideal genisis parameters

This are the ideal paramters if you wish:
good vapour, not too much throat hit, not to much battery power and WONDERFULL Taste.
The mash should be rolled with nearly empty cylinder inside.

if you are a throat hit fan: 325 mesh, 0,2mm kanthal ~3cm = 2A.

Function of the small stainless steel tube: more constant liquid flow, whatever the liquid level is. length=25mm

I wouldnt expse the positive or the negative wires to any fluid... Thats what i would do, and it looks like he did this also. I doubt he would let the insulation around the wire be exposed to fluid, and it doesnt look like he does either.
Well there's theory and there is actual use. Bulli's A-1 is quite popular and by all reports works well.

Here's a view without the top piece and juice cart. The fiber goes up into the cart (works like the bridge/wick of an atomizer). The design is very similar to the GreenCig and Joye cartos.

I have been on this all day. (when I wasn't looking for the "My Posts" button) Cutting down a blank of 1"OD alum bar stock. (would have only took 5 min.s with a lathe. I have left it a red hair large for now, (Raidy, that is an official American measurement) untill the lexan tube comes in so I can make sure I'll get the standard "Gudentite" German fit.
(or is that the standard German torque spec).

Impressive. But I'm little bit confused. Why regular atty's produce no vapor when we press the button? They produce vapor only when we inhale.
This is a gensis, a complete new and other system of atty. And ist works in an complete other way. A "normal" atty need a "air-flow" to make the vapour. The genisis can also make vapour without air-flow. But on open "nomal" atty also make a little vapour.

OK. Thanks.
I buy kanthal, I buy mesh, I buy silver wire, tomorow I will buy acrylic tubes. Then I go to my turner :)
Is aluminum OK? I mean for body?

You figure t will be about a month till you are selling them?

@ Raidy

You gave out way too many technical specs. You should have just provided the concept.

You'll soon see them being sold.

I intend to put the silver wires that pass through e-liquid in Heat Shrink tube. Is that ok too?

Raw aluminum is a very reactive material and corrodes quite fast, I'm not sure if I'd like to chance vaping with it raw. You should either anodize it or clear cote it. I had a bunch of stuff hard anodized for my subaru and was surprised at how reasonable the prices were.
