i look away from these forums for a few days and look what happens, someone comes along and puts the things i was working on to shame, though did give me some answers to an atty idea i've had, and that i must thank you for raidy.

Here is something for you guys that can work with the very small. It will hold about 1 ml. It is a needle holder for 22G needles and one end fits a 510 atty end real good. I think I can make the top plug for it with J.B. Weld.

are there any issues with the wire mesh wicking when it gets filled with crud? How is it replaced or cleaned?

Make your first own genisis

Look at this very easy made genisis atty

Made from a normal bathroom ceramic tile. ground and drilled by hand. The lower side of the genisis is plugged into a small container. for the upper side (mouth piece) i used a normal metall tube.

look, it works fine with 3,7V and 1.3A

It a very easy way to make the first steps with then new genisis atty

you need:
screen mash (325-400 mash)
kanthal wire 0,16mm or 0,2mm
piece of ceramic tile (from your bathroom)
screw and nut
any littel 2-10ml container
mouth tube (from a old PEN)

if stainless steel components are using you have a very "healthy" atty.

It's enough to learn how it works. Everybody can do it.

For e2 conversion: The original genisis atty has an air hole in the side of the vaping chamber of ~1.5mm size at the level of the coil, so you don't need an air tube (sorry slopes and auto batt users, this won't help).

Also, getting everything to fit in the e2 body will be harder as there isn't much room to work in. (raidy said several times that getting this smaller was quite difficult. On a plate of about 9.5mm, less actaully, you need 4 holes to mount of varying sizes. Ok, the filler port could be done elsewhere.

I was thinking of using a 1/2" pill fob from harbor freight, as in the suckaton, upside down with a mouthpiece added. This could eliminate the need for machining with a mill, and once built it wouldn't need to be opened. Dunno though.

You mean like 'scubabatman' has used. He's made a pill fob cartomizer as you probably already know.
