Here is what I ordered from McMaster - They arrived today. Waiting on k-wire to arrive still :( Thinking about tearing apart an old cartimizer for the element...

Do you already have the SS tube (2mm ID) to slide the mesh into? You could have gotten that at McMaster-Carr also.

500 x 500 mesh - 85385T886 - $115.34 for a 12" x 12" sheet - holy crap, I hope that's a typo...

Crum... Go figure. I have some little flared barrels but I doubt they are that small. How could I have read this thread twice and not see the part about a tube? Arg. I'll just have to be inventive.

This is (perhaps) my last post, because now preparations of vacation starts.
Please think about it: The finer the screen, the more often you have to clean it well. It is enough if you do rinse under hot water. My recommendation is 325mesh or 400mesh. 500mesh is already extremely frein.
Why you do not share a collective order, which saves a lot. We do so in germany. The price was 1sqm = 10,7sqft = 130$ (high quality 400 or 325 mesh made for screen printer)
