No love,
I am trying to show everyone some little parts of greek history and culture, so we can all understand each other, and be friends together.
I know that we can all get along if we all really try.......
We will try to be better hosts for our visitors,
and I hope that all our visitors will come to us with open and friendly hearts.
There's a plethora of worthy Greek contributions to highlight and choose from: Art & Architecture, philosophy, mathematics, poetry, theater...the list goes on and on.
All aspects of cultural history are worth exploring I think...
I bet Di has some other stuff up her sleeve to show us too, right Di?
I am interested in Part II of Alexander's story first though..........
I am a good person, -- I turn beetles over, and carry spiders and grasshoppers carefully and gently out of the house into the garden rather than squashing them ---------![]()
Well, that's just odd.....
(said with a smile and a hug)
ok, I'm not coming back to this thread now until it's moved on several pages..........
I'm glad that you're a good person. The quote is about the quality and quantity of man's and god's "mercy." Its meaning has nothing to do with bugs, or a call for us to be kind to them. I'd rather the bugs stay outside, too. I'm not carrying them, though.![]()
