allergy or what??

Hi all,
I have been vaping for a week, quit smoking 4 days ago now.... I have the most sore throat, my tongue and throat are swollen, I can BARELY swallow...I originally been vaping pg from health cabin...had a sore throat with that...bareable... recieved order from e-cig.com today... tried cherry... burnt my tongue... tasted terrible.... I really dont want to go back to smoking analogs but I dont know whats going on.... any one else experienced this?? what did you do to fix it??? in between waiting for your next order of vg?

Not drinking enough and getting used to PG/VG. happened to me - the exact same thing - swollen throat n all lol. It's not an allergy - well in my case for sure, Icant say fir SURE for you but you have to really up your fluid intake and ALWAYS while youre actually vaping. I am never without a glass of ginger ale (water is best but I hate plain water unless its iced) at all times when vaping at home, and if Im out I try to keep as hydrated as possible.
Treat the sore throat the same way you would any sore throat, (I used the throat lozenges and warm drinks) if youre worried see your doc, make sure its not strep as thats going around aagain atm.
Honestly though it jsut sounds like dehydration and 'getting used to new stuff'.

Hey there Marianne, hang in there. Congratulations on putting down the evil analogs. It could also be that you're in a bit of a detox. I had all that for a week or so and letting go of all kinds of stuff. Smoking analogs was pure poison and the body really wants to heal.

Never experienced that from vaping. Everything except the swollen tongue from a sinus infection a few weeks ago.

Water is good for sinus infections too.

It may be allergies, an infection, detox, dehydration, or a combo.

May want to consult someone who has a solid medical background instead of me...
