If you have made it this far, then you are well past the point of no return.

You will have cravings from time to time. When you do, turn to your trusty ecig, and the cravings will pass quickly. It does take some effort, but it's nothing compared to cold turkey, patches, or gum. If you do end up caving in and actually having a cigarette, and don't beat yourself up about it. Vaping is more about all the cigarettes you have AVOIDED smoking, rather than the few cigarettes you end up smoking from time to time. Also, you may be pleasantly surprised at how bad cigarettes really taste and smell once you are away from them long enough.
