Well today was one of the worst days I have had in a long while.I parked my car and when I got out forgot my SS GGTS was sitting on my lap.I could have eventually got over a few nicks from the pavement on my GG but guess what there wasn't any pavement there just a storm drain grate.I watched in pure disgust as my GG fell some 15 ft and splashed into the water gone forever. The only thing i'm really thankful for is I was using it with my stealth cap so I still have my control tank top and my Ody thank god.Looks like i'm in the market once again for another one.

I would have lifted the cover on that drain and gone after it!

I think tomorrow if the water has gone down in the drain i'm gonna try to remove the grate with a crowbar and put my ladder down it and check the bottom out.As heavy as it is with the battery in I doubt it got swept away. The drain is right in front of my house so as long as the township or police don't catch me doing it I should be ok.I really hope my #457 is still down there and I find it,I will let you guys know how it goes.

Get ya a roll of para cord and one of these. Grip-On Retrieving Magnet | Bass Pro Shops

Theres a bass pro in Harrisburg. If you are still in hanover maybe you could zip over there and pick one and go fishing of your own.

With the battery in the GG there will be enough ferrous metal for the magnet to lock onto it.

Good luck :)

HEY MAN put on a cape and mask before you do that. Im sure it be still down in the drain. GG devices are a tad heavy so it may still be there. may need two crowbars to move that.
