It could be just too much rain to get at it. I've been trying to get to my water cut off at the street for days now so I can fix a leak in my bath, but the water levels just too high. Bet he's having the same kind of problem.

@Anavidfan, Serpent nailed it right dead center, that's the context I used it in. That's a slang word for Italians. The word does have different meanings some good and some not so good. It all depends in the context its used.
Just a heads up i mentioned your device on vape tv last night and I got a lot of responses willing to come and help. They have no issues disinfecting it and even Bruce from COV said he bust out some new brass coils for it. The one that saves it keeps it LOL.
