Almost had a ProVari.

Well the wife almost had one, I was just going to break it in for her (every day). Was ready to order when she was asking what it looks like. So I showed her a picture, Of coarse you know the picture I chose had a blue led. You know what I'm getting at.
That blue looks really cool she replied,can I get one with the blue. Well my heart stopped, out of all the pictures I had to pick that one. Of coarse I'm waiting to get a V2 in black and blue.
So I guess I'll wait,well maybe. I'm pretty impatient. Black and red might look good also.
Crap maybe I'll just get a Lavatube............................................................NOT!

What's wrong with the blue LED on the ProVari? I know it's bright, but I don't understand.

If you just have to have blue keep a lookout in the classifieds, might get a score, I see them there every so often. I personally couldn't care less about the LED color but if you like the blue get it or you'll keep wanting it.

I have the black/red combo.

Out of choice as the blue option would have been available 2 days later when I ordered.

Just prefer it but hey it is subjective as there is no difference in the device itself. Do have a blue Mini that I did order 2 days later at launch and that looks great to me with the chrome.

Wouldn't let a LED colour put you off. The device itself is fantastic no matter the size or colour.
