Keep going one day at a time. They will add up, and eventually the side-effects will disappear. There are so many of us on this forum that have done exactly what you are doing now and have kicked the habit and felt better physically and emotionally. You can do it!

The next thing you need to worry about is which rebuildable atomiser, mod and juice to get. In my book, that's a nice problem to have!

By the way, Spheroid 2 is what I have and it kicks the proverbial backside.

I haven't read all the replies yet but judging that I am on page 5 already, I can tell you this......THESE....WE are your support line!!! Majority of us are ex-smokers and we can attest that it's worth it. You'll bump into cravings and it's going to be tough, but you can do it! Just always keep your PV available...I am looking forward to your post entitled "BEEN A MONTH NOW!!!"

Aaaaaaand my battery died. That's it I'm just going to go to bed. Pretty good though vision spinner 1300mAh out of the package charge started Wednesday night and lasted me until tonight. I've been vaping on it pretty good the last three days. It's charging now *sigh*
