went to a christmas party, and smoked a cigarette.

almost three months free! i feel pretty ashamed. i've been having slight cravings ever since i quit, and i started as a social smoker, so i guess my bad habit came back and bit me in the .... can anyone suggest a precise newport liquid? those were all i smoked, and that's what i smoked tonight.

Its okay. We have all been there done that at one point. This is prob the 10th time ive attempted to quit. My doctor told me during my last failed attempt to not worry about, it takes several times for some people. She said .."just keep quitting and one day it will stick!"

very good accomplishment...i have been analog free almost a month..this time

just remember all the other times you tried quitting and didnt make it that long...well one analog is a glitch...you'll be fine...were all human and have no reason to be ashamed when we have one...they were in our lives for so long..its not easy to let them go without a fight..

for those cravings that get strong i keep a small bottle of "high test" i call it..lol

i am normally an 18-24mg user...i have a bottle of 36mg...when that bad craving comes on, i drip a few drops of that on an atty or whatever i am using...takes those cravings away quickly
