I've seen in other mods that fender washers are used, I'm sure you can polish/paint them to look nice... I bought a couple at Home Depot that still need to be put to use....

But, knowing Cisco, I'm sure he machined something pretty....

Umm, a "Big ... Washer" is about the best that I could do....

I think the ones I have are 3/4", 7/8" or 1" in diameter with a hole in the middle that I will drill out to fit an atty connector. They are about "normal" washer thickness....

If you have access to a hardware store, they should be able to point you in a better direction.....

Oh yeah.. If it had ben the guitar, it would have been capitalized... Y'know, "Fender Washer" like an exclusive carwash, but for really nice guitars...
