You might need to do what I do when I can't sleep. I lay in bed and focus on my breathing, while listening to ocean sounds. I am out in no time. I learned that from my shrink when I was dealing with PTSD after my last deployment to afghanistan. It works like a charm every time.

Oh thank you Boodle Gosh you must have just been here almost exactly when I was! Wow was i ever 'giddy' there last night from lack of sleep! ha..goodness..I was all over but love the altcig sites..you may have to give me 'the boot' after all of this! I did get to sleep about 8am and woke up at 11 so 3 hours..now if I can stay awake..maybe that will do it ! Hello Boodle and Soldier and everyone...Well...fell asleep about 6 am but slept till 12 noon so that is an improvement...ha..I'll back to normal bit by bit...just what IS normal anyway !
