AltSmoke Scammers?

RESOLVED: I spent $133+ at AltSmoke and I haven't received a receipt, tracking number, shipping notification, response to my voicemail, responses to my several emails, or a response to my contact form submission. Are these guys scammers or what? Now I've had to become a member of this site just to ask about AltSmoke.

Don't get me wrong, I've been a reader of this forum for years. I just would have liked to join under different circumstances.

Can anyone share their recent experiences with AltSmoke?

My first Q would be when did all this happen? This past weekend was VapeBash, so maybe they were in Chicago and now need to catch up with their orders.

Altsmoke has been around for a long time, and I've dealt with them quite a bit. So I can assure you that they are NOT scammers.

I chose altsmoke because I've been a reader here for years. I was excited about their Silver Bullet (which will be a major upgrade for me since I have one of the original set ups). I placed the order on April 9th and not one word from them. They are not vendors or sponsors of VapeBash. Check the website.

April 9th is too long. Check you spam folder on your emailto see if it got thrown in the spam folder. IF not check thier website for a phone number. I have never used this vendor but you should get an auto reply and confirmation email within hours of a purchase.

Altsmoke is a great vender, I have bought a few BB's from them in the past and those dealings went excellent...they are one of the first venders established when E-cigs started up.

Although not a vendor, they were at VapeBash. However, I normally get the conformation with a few seconds of placing an order with them. I would again try to contact them and get it straightened out. It could just be a computer glitch or another isolated incident. I have ordered many times from them without an issue.

Thanks for replies everyone. I have checked my spam folder. I was surprised that I didn't get at least an auto-response. The only indication that I had was via my bank statement. I'm glad to know that they are not scammers. I'll just keep calling. Thanks for all of your help guys. Cheers.

Ordered from them many times, never a problem. Certainly, in my experience, NOT scammers, but a good outfit to deal with.

Yep, check you spam filters / box, and send them an email, or call them.

Check your cc statement too, just to be sure the charge/order went through.

He could ask Mods to Edit the Subject Title and add the word "Resolved".

Not to worry as your post wasn't intentionally maligning anyone. Personally speaking, if a Vendor screws up and doesn't resolve the issue, I want to know about it.
