I'm hoping I can get a response from someone at TV here cause I sure never get any via E-Mail but...

What is up with the website? I first found out about this vendor last year (back in the summer) and everytime I would go to the site it was either down or it appeared to work or be up and then after clicking on a few links the site would freeze up and would not function...taking me to error pages where nothing would load.

Now almost a year later I go back to the site this morning and it's doing the same damn thing! Last year it took me almost ONE WEEK just to order one bottle of juice because half way through the ordering process the site would go down! I just saw another thread on here from about a week ago where someone complained about this very issue on TV's own forum here, they ignore the customer! WTF?

How do they stay in business when their site goes down like every 5 minutes? Talk about sabotaging your own business...

Again, thousands of people browse our site every day, hundreds place orders. When we get a report of a problem we look into it immediately. Tens of thousands of customers order from the website on a regular basis without any problems. I can go to the website from my home computer any time of day or night and not experience a problem. I have no idea why you are experiencing a problem. We have a toll free number (888)389-3229. Since it looks like our server does not like your browser for some unknown reason, PLEASE call us and we will be more than happy to take your order over the phone and give you the customer service that you deserve.

ps I'd like to hear more about unanswered emails, because that is not supposed to happen.

Yeah, happens to me too. One step forward, 2 back. I "chatted" with Chris last night out of frustration over the cart dumping my order after sitting idle for 5 mins. Took some time ordering my usual, trying to get the pages to load, and figuring out what else I wanted to try. Loaded the cart with nearly $100 in juices, took a break for a few while pondering, came back to an empty cart. It did help me make my mind up though, only ended up with about 65 in juice.

Sorry Chris, I should've mentioned the loading issue last night too. Doesn't matter if I'm using IE or Firefox. Just went and checked it again. Something as simple as clicking from Nic Liq to doublers....

Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

What you can try:
Diagnose Connection Problems

Sometimes its slow to load, other times just that generic error.
It's not my connection or the browser. Maybe other people are like me and don't really complain about it. Possibly some people just don't fool with it.

As someone that's helped with app testing; you've got an issue somewhere.

While on the topic; I'm lazy and don't like scrolling back to the top of the site to switch from page one to the next. Any chance of having that added toward the bottom as well?

The Juice is worth the Squeeze, but website functionality is making it dry.

I appreciate that you have a phone number advertised, but I like ordering online so I can get the 5 emails that my order was received, is processing, is mixing, is shipped x2. Hopefully they are auto-generated, otherwise seems like a waste of time. 2 emails are more than sufficient - Order received, order shipped.

But I'm hooked on the Juice, so I deal.

Here is the latest FF report lol:

Just tried with Firefox...as you can clearly see this is a server problem from YOUR end, not mine or not any other customers.

The connection has timed out

The server at tastyvapor.us is taking too long to respond.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

And a new guy replying also confirming this happens to him too! I guess his browsers are messed up too?

Also going to give an example on what is happening, I'm sure there are other examples but this one is mine.

I go to the site Welcome to Tasty Vapor, it loads (sometimes lol) then I click on shopping to go shopping (that loads sometimes too) and I click on 1 ounce nic juices (that loads sometimes) and once I'm on the first product page for the 1 ounce nic juices, I can't go any further! If I try to go to the next page (page 2) to view more 1 ounce nic juices the site is dead...nothing more will load and eventually I get taken too...

Not sure what about this you don't understand but this is really frustrating! It doesn't matter what browser I use (I've tried them all), it doesn't matter what computer I use (it does it on any computer), and it doesn't matter who's internet connection I'm using...the problem still remains! And it's only with YOUR site...for me personally I've been having this issue with your site for almost a year now!

Oddly enough, I just remembered "hey I have an iPad, let me try to access the site on that and see what happens"...everything works perfectly (same internet connection and everything that my pc is on.)

There is something going on then with the PC browsers that are conflicting with TV's site (whether it be a server conflict, coding or what I dunno) but something is going on.

At least now I know I can just use my pad to ues their site. But please look into the problem TV and don't just ignore it.

Thanks

Another update...

I've done some more experimenting, I downloaded Safari for my pc and the site works on Safari on my pc like a champ...just like on the iPad! However, using any other browser I have nothing but issues with tasyvapor.us Again, there is something that is not setup properly on their side of things that is causing this, perhaps they are Apple fanboys and hating on Windows?

LOL!

Wow. Seems to me like the problem is not tasty vapors. I've used Internet Explorer or Firefox on multiple PCs for well over a year ordering their juices and not had any problems like you describe. As tvchris said, thousands access the site daily without complaint. Are you using updated versions of these browsers?

There is more than just myself in here stating there is problems. JV has a very generic website, there is nothing special about it, if any other site I go to works then TV should definitely work, I mean I'm not stupid here, of course the browsers are up to date, FF does it automatically now whether you want to or not and IE does it via Windows updates.

But I don't care anymore, it works with Apple's browser, that's all I care about is a browser that works with the site. It's up to them to find out the error on their side.

Okay, that's enough with raising a major stink. We really do get tons of people ordering from the website and sometimes servers (Tasty Vapor is not running on its own server) hiccups and causes problems, like an inability to access the website. These things are usually temporary unless a more extenuating problem, like coding errors is the problem. With the amount of people that browse, order and complete their orders, I don't think coding is the issue.

This is all VERY VERY common and NOT the major issue it is being made out to be here. Treating the matter as if we've beaten up your kid and taken their lunch money, it's just an over-dramatization. I'm closing this thread.
