I thought I was chain-vaping, but I'm just now finishing off my first 10ml bottle that I got 10 days ago. 18 mg Dunhill (reminds me of when I lived in France) VG. I tried a few drops of the other flavors I had ordered and discovered that PG doesn't agree with me (even 60/40), so the Dunhill and now a new bottle of flue-cured (also 18mg, 100%VG and pretty yummy) have been all I've got to play with until my new order(s) come in. I went a little crazy ordering sample sizes from a couple of vendors, but I've still spent less on all my new toys than I used to spend on a month of analogs.

Two weeks today since I got my 510. Smoked one pack of analogs the first week. Now 4 days since my last one. I've been thinking about smoking an analog, just because the thought of really quitting is scary. But now that I know I'm not really overdoing it with vaping, I'll just take a few extra drags on the 510 and put off that analog for another day or so. I can have it if I want it, I just don't want it. Not yet.

So as a relatively new vapor I would like to know from you veterans, how do your lungs feel? Can you make it up 3 flights of steps without huffing and puffing?

I never really had much of an impediment to my ability to work out even when I smoked (for the last 25 years), today I hiked up hill for a mile and a quarter to get to the top of Multnomah Falls. I was pretty winded and my heart was pounding about 1/2 way up the hill, but I took a break and got my second wind and it was smooth sailing after that. That's about average for me, I'm fairly sedentary these days

The main difference I've seen since I started vaping: You know when you swallow something (your drink or some spit or whatever) down the wrong pipe and start coughing and can't catch your breath? When I smoked and that happened my windpipe would totally close up and I'd turn blue just struggling to breath and hoping some air would get through. I seriously took about 4-5 minutes of making scary wheezing/squeeking sounds before I could get any air and I'd be totally blue/purple colored by that time and about to pass out.

Now when it happens (happened only once this year, but used to happen a few times a year before, hmmmm...) it takes maybe 30 seconds or so to recover and start breathing normally. Just a few hacking coughs and I'm back to normal. :p
