Hi Guys,
New to vaping
Just wanted to clarify something.

I used to smoke 8-10 Dunhill Lights (0.8mg Nicotine/Cig) a day.
I'm using a SLB eGo VV with voltage set to 4v along with a T3 Kanger.

I'm kinda using up 2.2-2.4ml of e-liquid (Nicotine - 12mg, mild strength) daily in this setup.

Am I consuming too much or is this normal?
Would appreciate your kind opinions....

Thanks.

I would say as long as you're not chain smoking and then chain vaping and you don't have a headache your probably fine. I started off at 24 mg/ml and I'm down to 9. At first I was chain vaping but not as much now. You just have to get used to it. Sometimes I do miss an analog, but I try to think about how bad it can make you feel and the negative health effects. I do find the normal tobacco flavor a little sweet, so maybe that will help me quit vaping one day.

Howdy!!

I'm going through (minimum) of 2 3.5ml vivi novas a day AND an unmeasurable amount from both a t2 and a t3. I vape waaaaay more than I smoked but I equate it to 'I used to drink a 2l of soda a day and now I drink 4l+ of water'. Since vaping is healthier than smoking I don't let it get to me. Also, I think (hope?) that as the 'newness' of vaping wears off I'll vape less. Or maybe I just need to find flavors I don't like as much. Hehe. Anyways, keep on vaping!!

I have been using 4 - 5ml of 18mg e-juice a day. I was a PAD Marlboro Menthol smoker. I would say that as long as it feels good to you and you are not suffering any side-effects, you are good to go. At first, I was using about 6 - 8 ml a day but it slowly tapered off once I got used to vaping. At this point in my vaping career, I do not even have my first vape of the day until around 9AM, which is roughly 3 1/2 hours after I get out of bed for work.

Thanks for all the amazing feedback guys...
Love this community soo much.

I'm glad I switched to vaping. Almost one week now never looked back and my health (esp breathing) is improving steadily.

If I was in the US, I would organize protests for the government to see the positive benefits.
Hope they don't ban e-cigs.

I'm doing an awareness and campaigning in my country where nobody has heard of e-cigs, already converted 4 people into full time vaping in the place I work, and they have thanked me for improving their lifestyle n health.

Love being part of this community.
Happy Vaping Everyone!

Keep at it joelj it'll definitely be an uphill battle regarding organization... it seems so simple to us vapers but it's still hard for non-ex-smokers to get their heads around it. Here in the US the masses are so easily brainwashed that it only takes a few mainstream "debates" or pocket-lining politicians to sink the efforts of the needful. Here it's not truly about helping people but making them more dependent upon government mandated lifestyles, big pharmaceuticals and tobacco lobbyists, and moving people into government healthcare
