Am I doing something wrong? LR 306 + eGo doesn't work

I just received the following two products in the mail from Vaporflow:

Low Resistance 306 Atomizer - VaporFlow, Inc.
eGo 750mAh USB Passthrough Battery w/ Cone - VaporFlow, Inc.

Unfortunately, I can't get them to work together. When I plug the LR atty into the eGo, I can't draw on it. I just get a vacuum seal like you get when you plug one end of a straw and suck on the other. The atty itself seems fine (I can get good air flow through it by blowing through it when it's not screwed into the eGo). Also, I take it the eGo itself is fine as it works pretty well with a standard 510 atty. Did I simply buy incompatible parts here? It so, are there any LR attys I can use with my new eGo?

The 306 uses the exact same connector as a 510 atomizer and I've never heard of that problem before. To use it with the eGo cone I believe you'd need an extended drip tip e.g. this one - http://www.vaporflow.com/products/306-XL-(Extra-Long)-Contoured-Delrin-Drip-Tip.html

If you don't have one of those drip tips, use it without the cone, and see if that solves the issue. If not, then you should probably take it up with the supplier.
