No glass needed. Anything that is polypropylene (eg these tanks but not these) is safe, anything that is polycarbonate is not. And it is reasonable to assume its polycarb if it doesn't say.. (Polycarb tends to be cheaper than polypro, and they are both a LOT cheaper than glass/pyrex.)

That said, I really want a VVV pyrex tank but its gonna have to wait. The wif is already mad at my spending on the new hobby

I know what you mean! Some of the posters here have gorgeous rigs, and the Phiniac tanks are too beautiful. I really hope I can afford to do up something nice like that someday.

My husband has been really nice about my spending money on starting up, but I think he'd quirk an eyebrow quick if I indulged as much as I'd like to. It'll have to wait, but nothing stops me from checking out the sites and drooling a lot.

And thank you for the links; now I just have to figure out if these will work with a TGo. It's complicated, y'know?

My suggestion for 2 batteries was not because the battery itself would wear out as in breaking. I mean when it's lost power and you have to re-charge it. When It's on the charger.... if you still want to be able to vape instead of smoke you'll need a second battery. Even if your planning on doing a slow transition from smoking to vaping. You want to at least give yourself the choice, instead of making a reason for you to have to smoke.
