are coils more forgiving when there are more of them? I have had some trouble doing 4 wraps an my AGA T2s and this time I did one with 5 wraps and one with 6 and they both took little effort to get them perfect. I am an rba noob so I really don't know. This was just something I noticed. It could just be that I am getting better at building them but the last working 4 wrap coil I built took me like 6 hours and a ton of starting over with new wire to get it working properly.

no doubt that a lower resistant coil is less forgiven. the most time consuming coil for me, when I was doing mesh builds in my gennys, were 26/27g coils with a 2/3 wrap. these builds had to be just right.

Thanks for the reply vapdivrr. I think maybe I will just stick with 5 wraps rather than 4.
