Am I vapeing too much?

I'm at about 20-30 ml a week. Sometimes 18 and sometimes 24 mg.

If you find after chain vaping you have to take a nap, you're vaping too much. Otherwise, vape on !

Not even close... I go through about 30ml's a day and I feel great. I'm on 12mg nic now.

wow..i am impressed must cost U a fortune in e-liquid$$..i stopped worrying about the amount I vape..was 2ml per day now i think around 3-4ml..and i vape non-stop..regards mafig ps i DIY my own e-liquids..the bottle container cost more than the e-liquid,i made(10ml empty bottle cost 25 cents & can be recycled)

It becomes cheap when you buy PG/VG in bulk and DIY your flavors.
