Wow, well, I have a previous post about receiving the wrong battery and I followed that up with how I feel about the customer service...AMAZING!
I received the wrong battery (compatible with everything else, however just the longer version).
I informed Shawn about the issue, and he's agreed to send me out the ordered item, and I can keep the other one simply as a backup! FREE OF CHARGE. No Strings. I'm writing this testimonial on my own.
This sort of customer appreciation is already contradictory to the company I originally bought my equipment from.
I'm really glad I choose this company over others for my accessories as well as my first purchase of juice.
This sort of "above and beyond" customer service has probably made me a loyal customer for life.
I look forward to future purchases (He's got a "My Rewards" program too!) of juice and accessories as need be. I just hope for higher volume HighCaliber juice, its top-notch!
