Amazon still says as of right now that selling anything e-cig related is expressly prohibited. They actually go out of the way to be very inclusive about that. Amazon.com Help: Tobacco & Tobacco-Related Products

Examples of Prohibited Listings

* Electronic cigarettes and related products, such as:
o E-cigarettes
o E-hookahs
o Electronic pipes
o Electronic cigars
o Nicotine nebulizers and similar products
o Accessories for such products, such as:
+ New and replacement cartridges
+ Atomizers
+ Smoke juice or similar refill liquids
* Nicotine inhalers or nasal sprays
* Smoking cessation products that have not been approved for sale in the US, such as:
o Tabex
* Products, including without limitation, hats, t-shirts and lighters, with cigarette or smokeless tobacco brands or logos

So if those listings don't stay up long. Just sayin...

The default-negative stance on this stuff is so galling. The industry has a lot of work to do...

Agreed. It is procedural due to wanting to avoid any and all future lawsuits, and to go with the flow in domestic political movements. It's cautious and it's probably not worth their time to be invested too much in this game just yet.

Hardly. People will always violate the policies and some may even get away with it for a while. But any business doing this is frankly stupid, they risk getting shut down and their money frozen.[/QUOTE]

If you don't believe me go to Ebay and search Rebuildable Atomizers, Drip Tips, or E-liquid.
