So I was vaping away on my P+500 yesterday, and suddently the unit got stuck "on" and was continuously firing my atty, even after letting off the botton. I quickly unscrewed the bottom and discovered the problem: the negative post (the part that contacts the battery) had come unscrewed from the rest of the switch. That part fell out, along with the washers, and flew all over the floor. I then remembered that, about an hour or so before this happened, I had dropped the unit onto concrete, where it landed pretty hard. I'm guessing that knocked the screw loose. No damage to the unit (actually, not even a scratch somehow), it just losened the screw, which came free a while later, thus causing the problem. I also now remember David posting that those screws should be tighted down fairly hard to avoid them coming loose, and now I understand the importance of that. I put it all back together and tightened it down pretty good, and now it's working perfectly again. Just thought I would share. And looking forward to the Shockwave (had to get that in there).
