Hello everyone,

I started to smoke about 3 years ago and always like the stronger analogs or flavored analogs. Although I'd never smoke than 1 pack a week.

I am also like hooka, specially Cinnamon flavor which for me has really good hit.

Last week I bought my first e-cig and I really liked. The possibility to smoke almost everywhere, even at work and specially at home is awesome. I dont get stinky and the cravings were fine and totally controlled.

All that said, I noticed that I suddenly started to be vaping all the time and much more in comparison to the older style (analogs).

I am vapping 18mg nicotine and and feel like I have to keep vapping all the time. I am assuming that its happening because "its a new toy"... but I am a little worried.

Anyone had the same or similar experience to share?

Thanks everyone and happy vapping.

If you smoked full flavor, even if not too much, you mIght want to try 24mg/ml.

If you still vape constantly, perhaps drop back to the 18, as it may indeed just be novelty binging.

Elevated pulse, slight headache, would be common signs of too much nicotine. If you already have those Conditions, try dropping down to 12mh.

I have a similar story. I did smoke KOOL 100s but only around 5-10 a day for 4 years and so all of my research told me that I should be vaping a low nic level. Well, after much frustration and going way out of my comfort zone I am finally happy with 24mg for the cravings and 18mg as an all day vape, with the occasional 11mg if I'm sitting in one place too long with a pv glued to my lips. Although, if I can only stealth a few puffs I will grab a 36mg :)
With vaping, like many things, it's all in what works for you not necessarily what has worked for other people. All of the info about what to vape is good to know, but once you find your happy place don't sweat it if you don't fit in the "average user" category. I personally love vaping and don't limit myself. I can vape all day long if I'm at home and am just sitting in front of the computer. Now this has led to several headaches (literally, from too much nic), but now that I've been at this for awhile I've pretty much got it down and haven't had a headache from it in several months.
Good luck with finding your happy place! Stick with it until you find what works for you :vapor:

It's not unusual for new vapors to vape more often than they smoked. It's new, fun and tastes good. I agree with markfm and up your nic to 24mg for awhile and see if that slows you down. If not then just enjoy yourself and your new toy. You're probably not getting as much nic in your system with vaping as you were with cigarettes unless you chain vape 24mg. You can always drop back down to 18mg if 24mg is too much or doesn't help.
