If your body is missing the other chemicals try swedish snus. It makes it a great deal easier to stop those analog cravings. And is the healthiest thing as far as tobacco goes. Try it. Research first though. also only swedish snus is that safe. Dont buy the crap coming from camel

I've been "quit" from tobacco for about three weeks, but my current victory has been primarily not buying cigarettes.
During that time I've had the occasional strong need for an analog, and I notice that it's always when I'm either
A. very stressed out
B. right after getting home from work, when I'd usually sit on the porch and just relax with cigarette
or C. when I'm with someone else who is smoking.

If you traditionally have one at night, particularly if you're husband is smoking around you, it may actually be the tradition you're addicted to, triggered by your husband's smoke.

Hello everyone, I started vaping a few weeks ago. I do go all day without wanting to smoke but at night I crave analogs real bad, and most nights I will smoke 1 analog. How to get passed wanting that smoke at night? I am on 6nic all day long. I was on 12nic but the headaches I was getting every daily was awful. Also what is vapor tongue? I am changing the juices I use to avoid getting bored with one flavor. Any advice on getting pass that 1 analog a day?
Thanks in advance.

Not everybody quits smoking immediately. Some of us take time. I took a good six weeks. Sort of "drifted down" over time. I looked at this way...

I immediately went from two packs a day (40 cigs) to maybe around four to six a day. That's near a 90% drop. What if that's the best I ever got? Well, that's not so bad. 90% less? That's good.

I kept fidding around with different juices and flavors and what not and dropped to maybe one or two a day as I found vapes I really enjoyed. So that's, what, around 95% down? What if I got stuck there? One or two a day? That's pretty damn good up against two packs a day huh?

Eventually, cigs became awful tasting and harsh and gave me headaches. And I didn't want them so much anymore. They kind of repelled me.

But it took time. Did not happen overnight.

Worst case: you get "stuck" at one a day. How much did you smoke before? Would it be so horrible to have cut back that much?

Sure, keep working toward 0 cigs a day. But you're human and it is an addiction. So maybe it takes you a while? Okay. And?

You are doing well.

Just chain vape like a loon when you get the crave and add an hour to the time you will let yourself have one. When you have no cigs in the house try to go one night without and see how it goes, you can always get some more the next day, if and when they run out try and go 2 nights without.

I found not having the cigs available helped me, after I had vaped like a madman for a while I could no longer be bothered to seek a cigarette out.

Maybe its your night time habits that are causing you to want an analog. try going to bed earlier or doing a hobby project, or reading a book. Just do something different. Alot of times when I use to crave analogs it was mostly about habit of my daily life, so I tried to switch it up. Like after a good meal I'd really want some coffee and an analog...I made myself go for a walk instead and had a hot tea and vaped instead after. That seemed to help me! Well good luck and even if its just 1 analog a night, thats really impressive! Don't give up! :2c:
