US vaping illness count jumps to 805, deaths rise to 13

What do you mean, "We"?And now were up to 13.
Has anyone found information or pictures of the cartridges that are likely responsible? I would like to spread the word about the real threat, hopefully save some people from getting ill or dying.
There are pics on google. The ones I have seen in person are skinny with metal tip and base. They could put the stuff in anything really, and could sell the liquid without a cartomizer...Has anyone found information or pictures of the cartridges that are likely responsible? The one my sister had looked a lot like the atty and mods we use except in a very mini form. The juice was the color of honey. There are pics on google. The liquid tends to be a yellowy amber color.
I tell people I know who might use things like this that they better be sure they came from a legitimate place... No street drugs are "safe".
Leafly did an excellent article on where the tainted cart parts are coming from but big media does not seem interested.Blackmarket can come in all shapes, sizes and even branding – sometimes mimicking actual legit companies. If any of this was due to vaping an actual legit product from a specific manufacture, you would think authorities would have shut down operation by now.
What I find bizarre – when ever there is a contaminated food outbreak, authorities are on the case, immediately identifying the source and eradicating it as soon as possible. Drug related deaths are followed up with criminal investigations and sources/dealers have been charged with manslaughter.
800 illnesses and 13 deaths with not a single word of any of these actions.

Yes, I read that article. There maybe some fact to it, but if it was that easy for a journalist to find the source, how come our law agencies have not been able to? 13 deaths, 800 so called confirmed cases and not a single legit product is being questioned. Nor any criminal investigation into illegal manufacturing and distribution of blackmarket products. Out of the so called 800 victims I find it difficult to believe not one is willing to reveal their source.
The FDA started a criminal investigation in California.Yes, I read that article. LA is where they seem to think a lot of the counterfeits are coming from. The thing is, it may be legal in Cali but there are some illegal operations taking place there for the purpose of exporting to illegal states (also I guarantee the black market continues in CA to undercut the price of legal product).Just in California? There has to be regions that are much easier to at least find a street dealer. Admittedly I am not on par with US policies, but given we are dealing with illegal drugs in a few states (if not many), wouldn’t other agencies be involved?
