Yet they still knew it was my order, so you had to give them some sort of information from this thread about the order. I don't know why you feel the need to contact Angelcigs about other people's orders. It's really not your business to do that. Sure, we can talk about it here but there's no need to take what is said on here by someone else about their problem and tell them about it.
Mentioned that there were some on the ecf that were unhappy, now I guess you don't think anyone at angelcigs has the ability to use search but by the way you are acting I am sorry by mentioning the ecf I broke up your pity party...
OK that is great they have worked out for you, and I apologize to staff and members for my negative posts, people will make their own decisions and will work for some and not for others.
The main thing is we are vaping and not smoking, as this is still going back and forward, I'm sure this thread will be closed soon anyway.

And such a vigorous attempt to disparage a web seller should get a pass? It is apparent that Circa feels rather wee wee'd up that I would mention that there were some unhappy people on the ecf, he now is going to have to complain that he got free stuff....OMG what a tenuous position....

Ya know I am just a mirror dude, if I ask questions people get s**ty and it goes right back at them. You said you didn't bother to read, so I guess you didn't see where I offered to try to help? I was told no and left it at that, That leads me to believe 1 of 2 possible things, 1. the person is blowin smoke, 2. they would rather complain.
But you've stated you are not an employee or representative of their company. I wouldn't want YOU to "help" me either, given that fact. If it were me this was happening to I would want THEM to do what they said they were going to do. And if they did not do it I would be sure to share my experience with other people so they could avoid the hassle I experienced. So you're rationale for why someone would complain without letting YOU help doesn't really stand with me. I do not think Circa was/is just trying to blow smoke & I don't think he would rather just complain. I think he is frustrated & wants to share his experience a) because it annoys him & b) because he wants to give others a heads up that this could also be their experience.
Perhaps whatever is going on with this company is a communication error & a simple misunderstanding on their part. If that is the case, I assure you they will earn a good reputation again. But you can't sit there & blame people who've had bad experiences with them for their bad reputation. it's because of their failure, whether there's a legitimate reason for it or not.

So I gave my experience and was accused of shilling, then offered to actually take time out of my day and help and was rebuffed. Then when I mentioned the ecf and they came and read I get lamblasted AGAIN by Circa and by others.
Now as I have stated and I WILL stand by it, if someone complains, is offered help, refuses it then normally it is one of 2 reasons they are NOT truthful or they WANT to complain. Now being that they came in and apparently solved Circa's issue by a refund and free merch is he going to reverse his opinion about customer service? Something tells me no.

What's wrong with negative comments. They're just telling you their experiences. It may upset you that it's far from your positive experience, but there's no need to try and offer to help. I would only accept help from the company. Dealing with the problem is between the customer and the company. The thing that bugged me is how I was assumed to be a liar because I shared my bad experience and declined your help. Once (or if) I get my refund, I'm going to put the experience and Angelcigs behind me.
