What, are you some sort of representative for this website? If someone says something negative about them, you jump in and defend it? No one can say anything negative? If they do, it's all a bunch of garbage and they're impatient or elitists? Get over it.

Number 1 I've got 18 posts so no, I haven't jumped in on everyone. I called you an elitist because you used the term "new boy" which pretty much sums up the attitude of an elitist.

I never said your issue was a bunch of garbage, never used the term garbage in any post I've ever made, merely pointed out things you may have overlooked and for some reason that made you mad.

But I guess I do have a vested interest, while I'm not affiliated anyway I do a lot of business with them and would like to continue. I've offered to help others on here to get their problems solved and have been rebuffed for some reason which leads me to believe that either they don't want their issue solved were there was really no issue to begin with.

If you believe all reviews in a particular forum or other social media are 100% honest reviews, you are living in the 80s because I can assure you there are concerted campaigns being financed by various competitors as well as by authentic manufactures.

So yes I try to alleviate misconception, and point out flawed logic and sometimes expose outright fraud simply because I wish to continue to be able to get quality products at the best price.
 
But you're trying to negate any kind of bad experience or problems people have had with some sort of excuse. Not everyone's view can be positive. I'm sorry, that's not the way things work.

No, I probe and ask questions and responses I get generally tend to show the validity of the issue.

You have the right to do whatever it is you want to do. But trying to place the blame on someone who attempts to correct misconception is just another veiled attempt at censorship. Take responsibility for your own actions and be an adult.

David, I think Alien DID take responsibility. (S)He said that they 'decided', didn't even dance with a 'maybe I will' or 'maybe I will not' or any other B.S. I'm happy with that, not that anyone should care.

Me,... I will likely order from Angel Cigs anyhow. If I get the wrong end of the stick, I'll cancel payment by calling card services immediately and put a block on them from trying to process any other payments. I may even use a disposable card number to be extra safe. However, since I have dealt with overseas companies quite a bit, I will not be just waiting days for replies to emails etc,. either. I'll be on them like white on rice ( you can call that racist if you want, I think it's just funny though ) asking for order status etc.

I think online businesses will/do find it's cheaper/better/faster to have automated status information available than dealing with requests. Lack of status is exactly why I prefer to buy locally and in person... well, part of the reason. I also prefer to support local business and local people. I know, stupid me standing in line for 10 minutes to have a real-live person ring up my groceries instead of standing in line for 8 minutes so I can scan/bag all my own stuff for the same price as full service check-out lines.

So... yes, over 40 orders is also over 30 orders... but you went from over 30 to well over 40 in a day?! So... you place how many orders in a day?! Seriously, I'm calling BS on your order count OR maybe, just maybe you are reselling. Either way, if you place that many orders and you TALK to the shipping coordinator, then maybe you are getting special treatment. Either way, if you are going to make statements about how their drop shipping company made changes etc, you may want to follow that up with a blog post from the manufacturer or something so it sounds less like you are affiliated, or if you are just come clean about it and make sure to follow any related rules.

As I said, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and will likely place an order with them... I saw a couple items that I wouldn't mind having, even if they are cheap clones. I may ask them to make sure first though that they will not discuss my order with someone just because they have my order number, especially if the name of the caller doesn't match and/or the address doesn't match. The idea of them letting you (not just YOU, anyone) discuss an order with them, that bothers me.

Now I do talk almost everynight and at least once a week with them and let's be really clear and since we are calling BS just what good is an order number going to do me or anyone else if I had a nefarious intent? If you are saying the company is crooked, they already have the order number right? What good is a order number going to do any joe shmoe off the street? I was just offering to pass it along since I realize not everyone has the time to stay up late and talk directly to China.

I don't get any special treatment per se I have just ordered and will continue. My only objective is I have seen too many smaller vendors snuffed out by social media campaigns paid for by who knows but I have no doubt they are paid for. I have over the last year or so lost really good sources for mods and attys and such and it all starts the same way. And no I don't resell but I buy for me and the wife and we both do love to vape. But I firmly believe at least 50% if not more of the negatives here are just plain BS and when someone balks at providing an order number (not a address credit card soc sec or any other "private info") if they balk either they dont want it solved faster and want to complain OR they are blowin smoke to begin with...

Yes if you join their FB group you can talk to a member of the staff who is very helpful if you realize she is in China and do not expect her to be on 24/7

    I've only ordered from AC once, and it wasn't a very good experience, as I posted earlier in this thread, so won't go back over it, but anyway.....

    You say 50% or more negatives are BS, but you got nothing to back that up, and people can say the same about the positives said about the company.

    You also say you have placed either 30 or 40 more orders and never had any problem, sorry but I call BS on that, I've been around since AC started, and there has been mountains of posts complaining of ordering products that say are in stock, but then they are not once the order is placed, mine was one of them orders, I don't believe you've place that many orders and got everyone of them shipped in 48 hours and in your hands in 5-6 days.

    I am not bashing you, and it is good to be loyal to a business, but I don't believe your story. I can understand a few negative reviews, you can't please every customer, and sure a few could be plants to put the company down, but there is way to many negative reviews on numerous sites, from to many people to believe that AC is the wonderful awesome company you make them out to be.

    They did at one time have items listed as in stock even if they were in transit. However recently as of last week they have done inventory and from that moment on if you see something say in stock it is "really in stock". They have saw the error of their way and are striving to correct issues that are sometimes lost in the language barriers. I too have ordered several items, one order alone only has been delayed and I too talk to the coordinator and had been suggesting in stock be really instock for a few months. She is not the boss and it took them seeing there was an issue to get this resolved. I am sure from now going foward you will have A LOT better experience with orders.:D
     
    I've dealt with Angelcigs twice in the recent past and both orders were problem free. The orders seem to remain in processing for longer than I would normally expect (four to five days), but then ship via two day USPS shipping, so my turnaround time has been about a week on each item. I only ordered items designated "Authentic" and verified them via code on the manufacturer's site. So far so good. I'd personally do business with them again without hesitation, but I understand that it really only takes one bad experience to turn an opinion.

And to imply that that poster is an impatient "elitist" when they just want what the CS representative said they would get (and what they ordered) is not unreasonable or "impatient".

    I think someone needs to explain to you that when a CS representative (or a site) says they will ship out in 3-5 days they are expected to do just that. If they say they will refund you promptly they are expected to do just that. If they do not, they are NOT providing good customer service. Period. It doesn't matter how polite they are in conversation. If they don't do what they said they would do they have not provided good CS.

A little weird that he'd do that, but they said as a show of "good faith," they would refund me within 24 hours and still ship my items. Sounds nice and all and I appreciate it, but I'm not going to hold my breath...

I was told no and left it at that, That leads me to believe 1 of 2 possible things, 1. the person is blowin smoke, 2. they would rather complain. Now there is no online vendor that is 100% perfect, I know that and I suspect you do as well. But I have never been "lucky" I couldn't pick with winner in a one horse race. I assure you if I bought $10 in lottery tickets I wouldn't get 2 numbers on any one of em. How I can have 1 type of experience and I see in the fb group that others are having the same type of service and then I read absolute disaster stories and have to wonder.

    Now that is not saying it doesn't happen, but again lets be real so if you buy off of ebay and they say they ship next day and it doesn't do you get all wee wee'd up and file a paypal stoppage and write a bunch of bad reviews? Do you expect each and every one of the 4 billion people on this planet to be as perfect as you seem to think you are? I realize the world is the world and that sometimes things outside of anyones control happens, but I guess I need to go buy lottery tickets again but I do still feel I am just not the luckiest person on earth

    They started great, right I've seen a lot of problems from the fbook group and yes remeber you're getting clones and their clones are cheap clones, I don't mind to finish an airhole from a dropper that I'm going to use like 2 or 3 times before I toss it to the trash, is just to test the system if i like it I'll buy the original, I don't want to collect garbage, the only clone (if is real a clone) that actually impressed me and I'm still using is the CLT from infinite, I got a panzer and a trident from AC I gave the panzer to a friend and the trident lays somewhere in the trash. If you buy clones to test the product go ahead AC is great, if you buy clones for daily use just get infinite products and forget about FT or AC is just garbage with a few exceptions.

    Yet they still knew it was my order, so you had to give them some sort of information from this thread about the order. I don't know why you feel the need to contact Angelcigs about other people's orders. It's really not your business to do that. Sure, we can talk about it here but there's no need to take what is said on here by someone else about their problem and tell them about it.
