When I click on an item, then click the 'shipping' tab on the item page, it says free shipping on $15 dollars or more. When I load my cart and try to pay, I'm being charged over $10 to ship two RBAs. Deleted cart entirely. I'll wait for fasttech, the difference in cost will be more than made up with the truly free shipping.

Apparently they changed their shipping so they could lower their prices or something. I finally got an email this morning saying the mutation is now out of stock and if I want a refund. So after they got it in, they offered to ship it, then 3 days later its out of stock. This site is a joke. Seriously, do not buy from them. I told them to refund me immediately. Let's see how long it takes them ¬_¬

When the shipper changed policies Angelcigs actually slashed prices to make practically everything cheaper even with the new shipping charges so yeah if "free" is just SO important to you there is nothing anyone can say to change your mind I guess....

I'm honestly wondering why you're defending this site. It's pretty bad. There are much more reputable sites here in the states with these kinds of prices. Bad communication (there's a pretty big language barrier too,) website is lacking, and the stock is never accurate.

Well if there are US sites with the same pricing I would be glad to look, I have well over 30 orders now with angelcigs and have yet to have a single issue. The reason I am defending them is mostly what I read is people getting upset when they send an email and dont get a reply back in 20 min when they dont consider that they are emailing china, why people are touting slowtech when I have gotten FAR worse crap from them vs angelcigs and I speak with staff once a week (sometimes more) and have no issues with language. Never had a stock issue, have seen far worse websites (slowtech and the fine print of the number of days it takes to ship) and you say bad communication but they are live on FB 6 nights a freakin week. Come on now have you ever even ordered from them?

So why not list some of these super sites in the US and we can compare pricing and quality.

I don't have a problem with you ordering from Angelcigs. And yes, I have ordered from them. I ordered last month and they keep flip flopping on if my item is in stock or not.

You are serious? the knurled king 26650 from there is $36.99 from angelcigs the same mod is $20.55 after the new shipping rates are applied now just "how" is this comparable?
 
I'm not going to argue with you, guy. I had a bad first experience with Angelcigs so I'm never going to order from them again. Simple as that. I'll pay slightly more for good communication with a seller who knows what they're doing and who has a good grasp on the English language.
I am not going to argue either, but I am no longer going to remain silent as the haters attempt to destroy a company for what ever reason while using erroneous "facts" $16 to me is just a skosh over "slightly"

Ok I guess Chinese culture isn't one of your strong suits. This years Mid-Autumn Festival was the 6-8 "their time" 5-7th our time but most did not return until the the night of the 8th our time. They did have quite a run of orders over the holiday and they fill first come first serve which actually does account for the stock issues. Now if bad timing on one order causes you to throw out the baby with the bathwater and pay $16 bux more hey, I won't argue that is your choice.

But it seems to me you got pretty timely responses out of China and over a holiday at that. Now as to what I see the most, people complaining about "language" seems to me those responses were readable. They offered you a refund plus a 5% off coupon jeez thats crappy customer service for sure....

So no, I don't really see what you mean lol

First off, don't try and insult me about my limited knowledge of Chinese culture, because I don't care, and that does not excuse them from being a poorly run website.
Secondly, if something is "in stock" and I order it, it should be shipped to me. It should not be "well a bunch of people ordered it and the number of stock we have on our site wasn't accurate at the time you ordered." That's unacceptable.

You keep ordering from this site all you want, I'm just trying to get my point across of how my bad experience could be someone else's future experience. Have a nice day.

Number 1 I did not insult you just pointed out an actual obvious fact. Number 2 I too am trying to get my point across that most if not all of the hateful opinions of this company are just that, hateful opinions spurred by impatience or whatever but the elitist attitude that you show lets me and everyone else know where you are coming from.

I, for one, appreciate all feedback for a vendor, good and bad. I fail to see how critical feedback is an "attempt to destroy a company" nor would I classify the givers of critical feedback as "haters". That's just a tad hyperbolic.

I dont describe all as haters. It is the ones who for whatever reason talk about language, (which I see a tinge of racism in and believe me I have seen some ugly examples of it towards angelcigs) and poor communication which even over a holiday he got timely responses from China and poor customer service, he was offered a refund and 5% off coupon and above all it is the ones who get mad when I point those things out to them that let me know they are just for whatever reason a hater.

11 pages ago someone posted a post speaking highly of angelcigs and the negatives come flying in out of nowhere and having dealt with this company for quite some time I find most supposed stories incredible and when I probe I get almost the same response back in the end.

Now most suffer from lack of patience ie expecting a email response immediately instead of realizing they are dealing with China which is +12 hours. Then they almost all admit they get a successful resolution but still for some reason want to speak ill in response to 1 favorable opinion. I can replicate this syndrome on various forums and it is rather intriguing, I can't explain it other than a deep seated dislike or hatred

I really have no dog in this fight, I guess, other than having considered purchasing from Angelcigs in the past - which is I why I value all manner of feedback.

The impression I get from your posts is you feel personally slighted by criticism of Angelcigs. You seem unable to accept that someone is dissatisfied with their service. Regardless of how you perceive the service someone else received doesn't change the experience for them. It simply leaves me, and perhaps others, wondering why you so vehemently defend this vendor.

But you're trying to negate any kind of bad experience or problems people have had with some sort of excuse. Not everyone's view can be positive. I'm sorry, that's not the way things work.
